Everybody has takes until the bracket flips and the group chat starts sounding like therapy. We open with NBA playoff talk and get real about what “finals or bust” means when health, matchups, and momentum decide more than confidence does. From the Knicks outlook to who we actually trust in the East and West, we keep it honest the way fans really talk when the stakes are high.

Then we pivot to relationships and communication, because nothing exposes you faster than trying to be “Superman” without directions. We break down what men often misunderstand about women, why anticipating needs can blow up when you guess wrong, and how trust changes whether someone will even ask for help. The big takeaway stays simple: asking is not weakness, it is respect, and effort equals care.

After that, the Mixed Vibes Podcast goes full culture mode with new music and entertainment. We get into the R&B renaissance, Chris Brown’s upcoming album and the tracklist debate, plus what we hope to hear from Usher, Giveon, and more. We also talk Drake expectations, what kind of rap album we want, and why reopening old beef can derail a great project. Finally, we argue over a “12 biggest Black artists of all time” list, then end with Family Feud questions that turn into pure comedy.

If you laughed, learned, or disagreed once, subscribe, share this with a friend, and leave a review. Who is on your top-12 Black artists list no debate?

Cold Open And Knicks Talk

SPEAKER_08

I don't know what time it is, people. Another episode of the mixed vibes podcast, your favorite amateur podcast. You can find us or ever get your podcast.

SPEAKER_05

You know what it is? You know what it is? It's your girl, the baddest, the rawest, the realest, with a jersey living in the building, aka your favorite fine ass auntie, aka the dysfunctional ass cousin of yours.

SPEAKER_10

Let's say you're not the badest, your boy, Mr. Bell. Aka AK saying your name bonus pie. Ma. Anyways. Uh what's going on, y'all? Y'all doing all right?

SPEAKER_05

Shout out to my sister, forgetting my retwist. This cute little style style. Hey.

SPEAKER_03

Hey Quay, how you doing?

SPEAKER_07

I'm cooling, bro. Ready for tomorrow.

SPEAKER_05

I'm never ready. Back at it.

SPEAKER_08

Uh my bad. My next play. First round, uh, second round, you know. Serious stuff.

SPEAKER_05

Oh. Serious stuff.

SPEAKER_10

I thought he was talking about going to work.

SPEAKER_05

I was like, I'm never ready for that. Hopefully, the next clock in tomorrow is what he's saying. And you know, they've been doing good so far. Let's let's keep the momentum. Uh good is strong.

SPEAKER_10

I mean, they get advanced. You're right, Jerry. So they do the good.

SPEAKER_08

The the first team to advance, man.

SPEAKER_10

Well, no, yeah.

SPEAKER_08

After ease, yeah. Okay, after ease. Okay. I mean, the wet's been out. Look, they were stopping at four and five games. That's all right.

SPEAKER_09

Hey, that's what I'm like at first events. Okay, T's update team. Got them boys up at the paint at four.

SPEAKER_10

Said I holler at y'all next season. He sent D book to the can't cool. Right. Uh man, quite. I mean, sure, we're gonna do ask first. I was gonna ask you anyway. Realistically. Boston's out the playoffs now. Cleave. Uh, we'll see who wins between Cleveland and Toronto. By the time y'all heard this, they be at game two. You know what I'm saying? So, but we all know. Go ahead. What do you really think for your Knicks going forward? Is it finals or bus at this point? Because the real threat in the East to me was Boston. Tatum got hurt in game seven, so I feel like they out the outside now. I don't mean do you really trust Philly? Joel and B might get hurt tomorrow.

SPEAKER_08

So uh me and the quiet storm was talking.

SPEAKER_10

Lt, shout out to LT.

SPEAKER_08

Another Knicks alumni. You feel me? He was talking about uh he was talking about uh Joel and B being a problem. I said, look, man, Joel and B on on borrow time. He had the where they just took his appendix out. That was freak accident. Them legs ain't got long. They ain't got, but they just went seven games. Yeah. I don't think he I don't think he's gonna last another seven. Now, mind you, the uh Patriots, this uh Philly, uh a sleeper team. That's one of them teams that we they built it, we was like, it'll work, and then it didn't work because of you know injuries, suspensions, this, that, that, this. I'm interested in this, I'm interested to see what they do. But, you know, you know, I got my money off next to dicks.

SPEAKER_10

So seriously don't believe it's gonna be seven, knowing y'all history of what y'all just did with Atlanta.

SPEAKER_08

I think we ain't really never really seen Joel and Kat Bang before. I don't think we'll see it this series. But you never know. You never know. It'll make for interesting play because it's a lot of the Knicks are beat, uh they built to compete, and not sitting not necessarily built to win.

SPEAKER_10

Okay, okay. Um, just real quick on the West. Do you believe it's okay seeing San Antonio? And who nobody else?

SPEAKER_08

I think yeah, I think the champ coming out the West. Unless Ant come back and show us something. Have him a little flu game. What they say, the meniscus game? That's what he's gonna have. He has something like that. If he has something like that, hey, we might be telling talking a different story, but I don't, like I said, I don't see him. You got look, you gotta get beat up for a couple years. He's been getting beat up for a while, though. But you gotta get beat on for a little minute to come back. What's that J Lo movie? Uh Enough. One day he'll have enough.

SPEAKER_05

One day he'll have enough.

SPEAKER_08

That's wild. That's well.

SPEAKER_10

Uh, I don't know, man. I really don't. I have Boston coming out the east, so I don't really know who to pick now. Just because, no, respectfully, I don't trust, I don't trust y'all.

SPEAKER_08

Oh no, you shouldn't.

SPEAKER_10

I don't trust y'all. Damn. I don't trust, I don't trust you L and B to be healthy. Cleveland or Toronto, whoever win. Okay. Cleveland shouldn't have gone this long with Toronto, so they struggling.

SPEAKER_08

I think they tied now.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, it's tied now. And then uh Detroit. I mean, yeah, I was the one seed. Orlando had y'all 3-1.

SPEAKER_07

On the ropes.

SPEAKER_10

On the ropes. And K had to come be superhero. Can K really, even if they come out the East, can K be superhero versus Vic or versus Shay and J Dub and I know. I don't believe I don't believe in nobody in the East, to be honest with you. Really don't believe in nobody in the West. Besides Vic. I don't even believe in the Spurs, I just believe in Vic. Because that motherfucker said. So kind of hard not to believe in him. So yeah, no, I was just wanted to ask what Craig thought about his uh New York Knicks. So X jersey time. It's actually gonna be, I think this is a good ex jersey. Okay, let's listen, let's hear.

SPEAKER_03

What is something that men constantly misunderstands about women? What is it that we continuously get wrong when it comes to women?

SPEAKER_05

Um I think um, at least for the men who like to put in effort um anticipating her needs, um, you you think you can, you know, gauge and guide how the day, how the week is gonna go, so you do some things in the dance. Um I think sometimes just need to step back and ask. Like, you know, I'll I do what you need done. Just explain it out for me one more time. You think, you know, it's it's not a bad thing to ask your girl like just up what you need. It's cool if you can anticipate it and it's right. It actually kind of kisses us off when you anticipate it and it's wrong. So it's like, cause the automatic mental trigger is well, damn, why didn't you just ask? Like, it's it's okay to take a moment and before you act to ask the question. Like, you don't mind you jumping into Superman mode, just please know the direction you're flying. Like, put your GPS on.

SPEAKER_10

Like okay, let me ask you this. Uh a lot of times, some women, not all women, because nobody's all no situation is blankets everybody. A lot of times women don't want they don't like asking for help. So when a man comes to them and says, Hey, what do you need? Their response is going to be nothing. But in turn, I see you struggling. You obviously need to.

SPEAKER_05

I think that's on a lack of trust. Like as a woman with a man I can trust, if he asks me what I need, I'ma tell him what I need. I think that that lack of answer is just from lack of trust. We want to trust that you'll help us in the most optimal way to our situation, opposed to the easiest way for you to help us. That's my issue asking for help from anybody. Is you're gonna help me the best way that's suitable for you when this is what I asked you for. Like, don't don't put me through that loop because I'm not gonna ask you some shit at that one. Okay.

SPEAKER_09

Uh quite again. You call me about what Jersey said.

SPEAKER_08

Not really. I'm trying to get some answers myself.

SPEAKER_10

What you said, I respect it.

SPEAKER_05

Uh some answers.

SPEAKER_10

Let me I do want to ask this real quick, Jersey. In relationships. Do men get a lot of a lot of flack for being bad communicators. Well, Craig, you could chime in on this too. We get flack for being bad communicators. I feel like at times women are just as bad at communicating. Is that a how can that I guess I guess my way of saying that, do you find that that is true? That men are worse communicators than women.

SPEAKER_03

Um not in every situation.

SPEAKER_05

I just again, I I think communication bears on both sides. It's like if like, all right, so when I'm communicating with my granddad, I know I have to ask him the same question four times to get the answer. Like he'd be like, oh no, I'm okay. This is that. Like, no, you need to tell me. So this way, if something is wrong, we can fix it while we're here. And then you come around a well, you know, XYZ hurts. This is what's going on. So I don't know if it's I I it's definitely not all this, but every person has a specific way to communicate if you're gonna be with somebody, figuring out the best way to communicate with them is key. Like talking to my dad. I can't beat around the bush when I talk to him. If you go straight into what I need when I need them, like do we you know, have cordial conversations? Sure, that's fine, we can do that. But if it's a serious conversation, I gotta get to it first. Same thing with the dude I'm saying. So I'm calling him for a specific reason. I gotta get my reason in first. So if not, he's gonna go off on a tangent and that leads into side stories. Every phone call doesn't require side stories, but like you know, it just it everybody you communicate with has a way to get across what it is you need to get across. How you decide to maneuver around people to get there depends on how much you pay attention to them. If you're a good communicator, you'll figure out the best way to communicate. If you're not, you're going through the loopy loops, you're going through the side stories, you're waiting to get to the point of what the conversation works. So it's it's a it's a universal problem. And whether or not you actually want to fix it, whether or not you actually want to communicate clearly is personally. I've I've learned very much through the hard way that I need to try and communicate people with people that's only really consuming with button bound to me. Or the shit I'm asking, or the shit I needed, the shit I'm trying to get my point across to isn't gonna fucking isn't gonna fucking go.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, no, I asked that question because it can't they kind of go hand in hand with when a person needing help, you gotta be able to communicate if that person is able to communicate what they need help with. But you talked about it. I think the biggest thing in any relationship, whether it's friendship or like someone you're dating, is learning and paying attention and taking the taking the time to actually pay attention because you want to put that effort in. I think if you don't, if you care about that person, it comes naturally and it'll come easy. If you don't really care about the situation, it's I mean, it ain't never gonna get no better because the person don't really care.

SPEAKER_05

Because I don't care exactly.

SPEAKER_10

No, okay. Effort effort equals effort equals care. I mean, I hate to say it, it comes down this that simple, but effort equals care.

SPEAKER_05

But it really is like how much effort you put into someone's shows, how much you care. It's clear, it's concise. Like there's no way to beat around that thing. I wish we would come to that conclusion a little sooner. Some of us will be sitting in the chairs we're sitting in is we do these things in advance.

Rethinking Communication And Asking For Help

SPEAKER_10

This is this this is true. This is true. Communication communication is key, communication is everything. All right, let's get to it. Uh, let's do new music real quick. Um, George, does Brown dropped the video from following?

SPEAKER_05

Well, it's so beautiful. I just want you to know with Kaylani dropping last week and Durant's album dropping on the first. Brown's expectations are real high for me. Like, I'm never low expectation for a Chris Brown album, but I'm I'm not you saw him lay it on the album covering again. I'm I'm ready. I mean Luther Michael Jackson and that bitch. Like, give it to me. A self-title album, a subtitle album? But it's it's a it's an RB Renaissance, and bitch, I'm so here for it. My summer playlist about the turn ass. Okay, I thought I was I thought I was gonna be shaking ass with May, but I'm gonna be two-stepping with the lovers in the corner. So stop playing with it.

SPEAKER_06

Stop playing with you better get up there sinking shoot.

SPEAKER_05

Your ship's sinking. I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_06

Nah, Meg.

SPEAKER_05

She's shaking ass all summer. Good for her. She's chilling. This ship ain't just she getting money from every corner she can right now, and I ain't mad. The Broadway girlies love her, the the swimwear apparel bitches love her because she redropped her Walmart swimsuit line again. Um, I'm definitely getting you a bottle of cheek, Sakia Wilson is that seed on the shelf, I know. Um, like she's getting her money about her business, and I love that for her. She dropped music this summer, she dropped music. If not, she's still gonna be out here getting fucking money. She's not worried about that man. And I really need everybody else to stop worrying about that man. Oh my god, a basketball player cheating. It's not news.

SPEAKER_10

I think that's an interesting thing. Jersey real quick, we gonna get back to new music. Why do you think Meg gets so much hate? Because Meg gets a lot of hate.

SPEAKER_05

A lot of hate from reminding her business. Let's just give she a bad bitch. That's for the guy. I think someone said my growing, and I hate that for a hating ass nigga. Like, all the other shit you can be mad about, you mad because bad bitch got money? You mad because bad bitch got a nigga, you mad because that bitch don't have a nigga, you you mad because that bitch know how to cook, or are you still tripping over this trial that's already been sold? So are you gonna get out eventually? He'll he'll he'll eventually come out of the state. Give him a break. What what really all right? Side question. What top tier music would we really be getting out of Tori Lightnings right now? It's not his summer, it's an RB summer. Maybe a feature here and there.

SPEAKER_10

Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Like, maybe a feature here and there, but like no, if Tory was if Tory was out, this is like Tory's bad. Tori would be Tori would be having an album out there would be fired right now.

SPEAKER_04

Can you tell me the name of Tori Lane's last album?

SPEAKER_10

Can I I think it's Chick Skype 6, 7, one of them. I don't know, Jerry. Did you listen to 135? Did I listen one through one through five is crazy?

unknown

No.

SPEAKER_10

But I'd listen to him, yeah. But I also I'm not I wasn't the biggest Tori Lanez fan before.

SPEAKER_05

We like him from a feature standpoint, like all around, and like I think that's where he thrives. I'm not saying he's a bad artist, I'm not saying people don't listen to him because they do, but again, I couldn't tell you the name of his last album.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, no, uh I think Tory would be doing good if he wasn't in prison at this current time. I just I think it's the past week, well, two weeks, whenever Meg and Clay broke up, I don't know. It's a lot of Meg slander. They they talk about a food, definitely they talk about the people she dating. It's like, damn, bro, do y'all want? I think a lot of people want Meg. And and that's why I maybe that's me. Maybe that's what I think. I think a lot of people want med and is hate holes in dating.

SPEAKER_05

That's the way that's how it works. So let's be having other business. I just wanted to vibe. I just want to see the bitch in person. I just want to catch her at a convention or something, nigga. Like, we need to dab her up. I'm trying to know who does her nails because I really want to hook her. But like, I don't know. I don't know why it's so much hate. I wish there wasn't. But then we wouldn't be talking about her as much. So if you're gonna hate, hate on because we're she's still gonna be a topic of conversation, whether it's positive or negative.

SPEAKER_10

Okay, um, lol Slutty Bass is the last Story Lane's album. Came out April 3rd, 2026. I thought it was a mixtape, my bad, it's an actual album. Um, and before that, he had he released an album called Peterson in 2025.

SPEAKER_05

So, yeah, no idea of any of these fronts. Yeah, man. He's got projects out, he's working. Who's talking about it?

SPEAKER_10

Okay, uh some new music. Uh Chris Brown. Uh Chris Brown's gonna be dropping this Friday. It's gonna be it's gonna be crazy. Um, it is Jersey. Can you guess how many songs is on this album?

SPEAKER_05

Somewhere between 26 and 32.

SPEAKER_10

I need you to give me a precise number.

SPEAKER_05

Um let's go 30.

SPEAKER_10

Okay, Jerry's win 30. Quad. How many you think is on this album? Tracks. Yeah, how many tracks? Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

I'm gonna go 22.

SPEAKER_10

Okay, both y'all are wrong. It is actually 27. Yeah, I know. I just want to give an exact number. But yeah, uh, it's gonna be 27. Joy somewhere, it's a lot of music, a lot of music to see.

SPEAKER_05

Uh, we're definitely expecting an Usher feature with the concert coming up because they'll need a little more collaborative music. They have a couple of collaborative pieces, which again I'm excited about, but no worries out on their music.

SPEAKER_10

Well, technically, uh, if it I don't know there's the remix will be on the album, but the it depends, it's a remix with usher on it. Yeah, usher's on it.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, I know he's on the remix. I'm hoping there's something I'm hoping there's a solid duet on there. Like, that's that's what I want. Like, I should put up a duet on Kaylani's album and the top tier. So I need the same energy coming from the free tour duet.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, he did, he did. Uh do you think we get an Usher album before before or during the tour? Or is Usher just doing the legacy tour?

SPEAKER_05

I don't know. I I don't know. Usher's done a couple of features over the last couple of years that I really like that do hope he incorporates into there. Um, if you decide to bring those artists out, that'd be a good tip to that. Like Wilson Malwalker, Lil Kellani will. Um, what was that joint you did? He did another one. I can't think about it. He's not brand. But like, you know, that was a good Usher. Usher pop in.

SPEAKER_10

Oh, uh Lullaby mix? That's what you're talking about?

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, no, okay. I don't know. I don't know if we get Usher album.

SPEAKER_05

I don't think so. Overall, I don't think so. No, would it be nice? Cool, sure. I'll be great.

SPEAKER_10

If he could give us like an EP, a little quick five song, something new, that would be cool. Give us we ain't gotta give us look, Usher. I know you're busy, you're getting ready for the tour.

SPEAKER_05

That's what I'm saying. Maybe he's got a couple of features on Chris's album that they can flow with, so he ain't gotta put out a whole album.

SPEAKER_10

Nah, I won't, I want some solo, Usher. Give me five. Because let me tell you something. I was listening to Superstar the other day. That man ain't have to walk down on superstar like that. That man did not have to walk on his phone.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, he did. Yes, he did.

SPEAKER_05

And how many times have you heard me say on his podcast, let me get Chris Brown and do Usher set? Like I'm gonna hear Chris Brown tell me I'll be his groupie, baby. You are my superstar. No offense. You're all that song right there.

SPEAKER_10

That man did not have to walk. Hey, that man walked. All right. Um it was something else. We talked about Bryson Tiller, it's it's okay.

SPEAKER_05

Uh every time I'm on the way. Uh I expect a project out of him too.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, he got something coming. Every time I listen to the Bryson Tiller joint, I keep hearing this this some hating ass nigga say Bryson Tiller's mid. It's crazy. Wow.

SPEAKER_05

So did we get any word on Drake's album? He's supposed to be dropping something soon as well.

SPEAKER_10

Drake is May 15th, so Chris is this weekend. And then Drake is Drake's the following weekend. Also, with Giveon the following weekend. I'm gonna get to Giveon first. I think Giveon is extended, so it's like Six new songs out the last album. So you're giving me.

SPEAKER_01

No, Mr. Heartbreak Anniversary was back at work. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_10

No, he dropped. He's he's dropping. And he tags some good uh features on there. Um you said his name earlier, Duran. Yeah. I don't know if you got to the album. I did. Yes, okay. I ain't got all the way through.

SPEAKER_02

Okay.

SPEAKER_10

But so you, I'm gonna let you allow you to go first, and then I'm gonna come in. What do you think of the album?

SPEAKER_05

I got everything I needed from Duran. Like he was popping, I was bumping in a car. Like, he's gonna give me bad bitch and that nigga energy every time. Um, his vocals, his vocals always so I've been sleeping on Durant on Bernard. Durant Bernard, if y'all didn't get on that album yet. Um, his runs is so good. You can tell that man rolled up in church. I church. Church. Okay, and I get I get the little goose tinglings every time I hear that man. Like that's that's another one of my favorite an day cousins, boy, right? I think I was with that nigga all day. I think um Kiki Palmer just had her on had him on her pocket. And they was Kiki and I love that from an entertainment standpoint. Them, I can sit and talk to them all day.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, he he is very entertaining. I seen him on uh not uh not Drake Champs, uh Poor Mass. He was on Players.

SPEAKER_05

He was two of them too, yeah.

SPEAKER_10

No, he is he's in a he's an entertaining cat. He's an entertaining cat. Uh from what I heard of the album so far, it's like a it's very like a vibe type album. Is you know what I'm saying? Uh so I think from what like I said, from what I heard, I haven't heard the full project. I know he man, he got a bunch of songs I heard too. So I think yeah, you feel me all the way through. But uh, from what I the the joint with Big Sean, I fuck with that's what made me go and listen to it because I heard the big shine joint.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, I was like, okay, Sean, we see Sean in the studio.

SPEAKER_10

That's a feature. Sean on the Calani. He on this one.

SPEAKER_01

I'm like, all right, all right, Sean. When you join said he got a baby to feed back in the crib. Let me jump on these tracks real quick.

SPEAKER_10

Hey man, I need a big Sean joint bass up temple. Hey, I need me a big Sean joint by this bass up temple.

SPEAKER_05

You know, I'm saying I wouldn't mind him and Janae doing another project. I loved 28.

SPEAKER_10

Like never get in that project again because you know they broke up.

SPEAKER_05

They had a baby, then they broke it, they could still go to work together, they could still go back to work together for the money, they could go back to work together. We doing it for the kids, we doing it for the kids, and that could be that name of the album doing it for the kids.

SPEAKER_10

But yeah, uh the shine joint was dope. The my life is the song on her towards the end of the album that my life I after with, and then uh 10,000 lifetimes with seven seven street is underrated.

SPEAKER_05

A yo with BJ the Chicago kid and shit too.

SPEAKER_10

See, I ain't heard that one. I heard the Vince Mr. Joint. So I started with the shine and then I listened to the rest of it, and so now I'm back at the beginning. So I haven't waited. I skipped and went to the Vince Vince Vince Mr. joint. So I haven't got to the Chicago the Kid joint. So I ain't got to that one yet. So I have a better one.

SPEAKER_05

Okay, again, I told I said last episode when I listened to a new album, I'm listening to the songs, I'm listening to the arrangement of them as well. Jumping into this album from track one, it has such good flow. Like I was I tell you, I was here for like five, six songs street.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah. Like I said, it's a very vibe album. It's a is like you, it is the album you could put on Saturday morning, get your clean up, go, go get the uh the grocery order or whatever. You just let it let it ride through, and you're gonna be in a good mood. You know what I'm saying? It's a very good, it's a very good vibe type album.

SPEAKER_05

Such good energy. So, yeah, and I wouldn't expect anything less from him, honestly. Like, if I wasn't smiling ear to ear the second I put that shit on, like it wasn't what I wanted, but it was like he did, he did his one too.

R&B Releases And Chris Brown Tracklist

SPEAKER_10

Like I said, so far from what I heard, I'm gonna uh I'm gonna like I said, I'm gonna listen to the rest of it, but next week's gonna be hard. I'm gonna try to give him a quick shout-out. But you know, Chris is coming out. So we gotta deep death, Chris. Like, we gonna, I'm gonna do my best. You know what I'm saying? But all right, uh, that's it on the new music tip. Speaking of music, it's something that wasn't on the list. I'm gonna ask y'all y'all's thoughts. Go ahead. You go first because me and Jerry's been talking, you know what I'm saying? Let the people know you're in the building. Um friends from my town that Rick Ross is doing a versus Rick Ross already did a versus versus two chains, but this is gonna be like one of the you know what I'm saying, back when people outside live in the club. The calling it the club joint versus realistic joint versus okay.

SPEAKER_05

Okay, I like the concept a little bit more specific with the verses. Okay.

SPEAKER_10

Uh, I mean, for me, it's more specific as the we both got Drake on a bunch of our songs.

SPEAKER_05

And I'll take it, I'll take it. You want to know why I'll take it? It's utilizing what's best in your catalog for the sake of going back and forth with somebody who has a similar fucking catalog.

SPEAKER_10

Okay, uh, quick. I'm I got a specific question I want to ask you. And then I also want you to tell me what your thoughts is on the verses. Um, the specific question is don't you think the timing is kind of crazy when we know jerk is coming out on the 15th, a week later? A week and well, a week and a half later. Do you think the timing is crazy? And two, what do you think of the verses in general?

SPEAKER_08

It sounds like free promo to me.

SPEAKER_05

That's what I thought. It's not a bad idea to get this music message.

SPEAKER_08

Iceman finna drop, so let's go in and give it some promo so we can get people to go out there and listen to it. So next year when we call Dre for our Drake features, they'll remember because they're gonna call. Oh, they did do a versus right before Drake dropped and played nothing but his hits, nothing but the hits, and I Ross, especially, like French too. French has got a couple, but I didn't think French chose a side. I thought French remained.

SPEAKER_10

I was gonna say, from my understanding, Drake and French is still cool. I think Drake and Ross don't like each other.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, it's it's white boy this, white boy that.

SPEAKER_10

Uh no, no, no more. Now is man, I guess we're gonna go ahead and let his let him go ahead and let him say his part. You know, and now he's softening it up because he like you said, next year he's gonna want that Drake feature. I could be wrong.

SPEAKER_05

Can I can I ask what are y'all expecting from this Drake project?

SPEAKER_10

Oh, from the Drake project. Interesting. Okay, from my understanding, from the people from the podcast and stuff I listen to, this is gonna be like a very heavy rap album. Drake's gonna be rapping. He's gonna he supposedly Drake's rapping his ass off on this project. That's what this album is for. Is a it's a rap album. It ain't supposed to be like a crossover type album. You ain't supposed to get a bunch of RB joints, but it's Drake. You're gonna get some, but it ain't supposed to be full with RB joints. It's supposed to be Drake rapping his ass off. That's what I'm expecting because that's what I heard that it's supposed to be for Iceman. I've and he's shooting a uh top clips, he's shooting a music video, so we got it's a new single coming soon. Yeah, by the time people hear this, it's probably already out.

SPEAKER_05

What are you expecting from the Drake driver?

SPEAKER_08

Um, what am I expecting? I'm expecting uh I don't say expecting. I'm hoping for greatness. I ain't saying it's gonna be his best album, but you know, it it has been a couple weak links in there. I ain't gonna say weak links, but when you release so much music, you know what I'm saying? All of it ain't gonna be it's like the Lil Wayne effect.

SPEAKER_05

After a while.

SPEAKER_08

It's like like like the Lil Wayne effect. After Carter 3, it's either, yeah, it's either a straight thumbs up or a straight thumbs down. But the fan, you know, his fans, they're gonna find the hidden gems.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

But you know, it's gonna be the people that like it and the people that don't. So, me personally, I'm hoping for greatness. Um, I I go back to what is it, CLB? I think it'll be better than that.

SPEAKER_05

Um can we get a pre-rating before we would say scale of one to ten? How are we pre-rating the trade up? Damn, Dirk's pre-rating. Uh just for prediction purposes. Prediction purposes. Then when we get the listen, we give the proper comparison. I just thought it'd be good for the sake of content.

SPEAKER_10

Nah, you're right. Uh, I'm gonna say I'm gonna go an eight. Yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna go an eight because he took so much time with the project. So it is gonna be some of those Drake joints, or when I call them a Drake joint is you the joint the joints you won't play on the radio, and that's catchy as hell. It's gonna be some of those along with a lot of rapping. So that's why I'm like, I'm gonna give it an eight. Because I'm drink Drake can rap. Like, people won't pretend the ghostwriter thing and all of that, blah, blah, blah. We all know Drake can write, rap, because he can write. He writes for other people. He didn't wrote songs for Alicia Keys and Kanye. You know what I'm saying? We know Drake, Drake could put P in the pad. So if he's if he's focusing on that, like like I heard that he was, I'm gonna give it an eight.

SPEAKER_05

We're also coming up on the 10th anniversary of views, if that has any uh mental mental uh way on your mental 10 years since views dropped, and views was a solid album.

SPEAKER_10

It was views was a really good album. Uh that's crazy.

SPEAKER_05

How's that 2016 music? Something about 2016. Oh, 2016 was crazy. That's what I'm getting for 2026.

SPEAKER_08

Summer 16.

SPEAKER_05

Summer 16, yes, it's been 10 years.

SPEAKER_08

Playing dirty knot, clean. Oh my goodness.

SPEAKER_05

So, again, coming on the anniversary of that, how are we reflecting on this exciting drop that I don't even have for pre-order available on Apple Music yet? Yeah, okay.

SPEAKER_08

I'm gonna say what I want. I mean, I'm expecting a 10 out of 10, of course. A classic. I'm saying with with so much so much lore behind the ice man, you feel me? That's the X-Men, that's the Bobby Drake, and his name's Drake. It's it's so it's gonna be so many things tied into it. I'm expecting comic book numbers, nigga. I'm expecting a Marvel movie out this bitch.

SPEAKER_10

I mean, the numbers is gonna be there, but I mean, okay, if the music gonna be there, I don't know if the music is gonna be a 10 for 10. Because doing 10 for 10 is hard.

SPEAKER_05

Like I said, what a hard either for Drake. Who think Drake?

SPEAKER_08

Because I don't think Drake has a he doesn't have a take okay. Take care is as close as it gets, but it's some skips on take care.

SPEAKER_10

We talked about are we not considering views a 10 out of 10? I think views, I think views and take care is kind of even. I think they're both like nines.

SPEAKER_02

I think that is solid.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, I think that's summer 16. You can't set it at a bar any higher than like summer 16 is probably one of our most iconic summates.

SPEAKER_10

Go on 10 for 10, it's right. 10 for 10 is crystal.

SPEAKER_05

But nine for 10? Yeah, that's a solid week for Drake. Am I expecting that time?

SPEAKER_08

Drake can get off with a six a six week. What are we talking about?

SPEAKER_05

You know what I mean. I wasn't making a negative comment, I was just making sick.

SPEAKER_10

Nah, you're right, but I'm saying Naz for 10 for anybody is like outstanding because those is hard, right? Like a Nazi is hard because that that means you gotta skip a two. Like, I feel that.

SPEAKER_05

I feel that I'm not expecting nine out of ten for Drake right now. I'm not after an aftermath, and whoever he did have left to give him a hand on the album, like you know. I'm expecting something out of Drake. I am I expecting a nine. Would it be nice? Fuck yeah. I wouldn't mind getting back in Drake's bag with a nine. With a nine out and do it. Oh, schedule. That that'd be a solid career move for him. Right now, I've been having a six kind of year. I can use a nine.

SPEAKER_10

What you say? I think it's gonna be hard for Drake because I think this is the most I already talked about this. Man, you know, oh hold up another thing. Yeah, I can go listen to that. I think it's the most anticipated. I guess I got self-pluring. You feel me? From my perspective, look, from my perspective, we gotta have some commercials though, and keep them in rotation. Shit. Um, I think it's the most anticipated album, so it's gonna be hard to live up to it. That's why I put it at an eight, because even for me, when I'm trying to go in unbiased, there's so much anticipation for a Drake album, and I'm already in my head, like, I don't want to hear him diss Drake Kendrick. You could talk about the battle, you could talk about it, but I don't want to hear you this Kendrick. The minute you hear you, I hear you diss Kendrick, it's gonna be like all right, bro.

SPEAKER_05

What do you think he's gonna start restart to be Drake?

SPEAKER_10

Somebody's getting shots on this album. I just don't want it to be Kendrick. It could be Ross because Ross calling that man White Boy, it could be Aceh Ronke, it could be LeBron as far as I'm concerned, it could be DeMar DeRosen, Russell Westbrook, anybody that was at that pop out keep Kendrick Lamar's name out there. That's my only thing. That's all I don't. I don't want you to go at Kendrick. That's the only thing I don't want. Hell, the I only I would rather you go at J. Cole, which I don't think I don't think he will. He's not gonna go at J. Cole because him and J. Cole's cool. But talk talk about the beef with Kendrick, talk about how you feel about J. Cole backing out of the battle, but I don't want to hear you go at Kendrick. You go at anybody else. Yeah, you can you can resurface to push the T shit. Go and push a T. I do not care. But the one person I don't want you go is Kendrick because it doesn't make it don't make sense at this point. It don't make sense to go at Kendrick. That's just from my perspective. Slide that one in there too.

SPEAKER_08

I was just I was just wondering because I was I was about to ask like why, because if you got something, I mean, if you got something left to say, you should already said it. That's my point. It's been two years at this point.

SPEAKER_10

I don't want to know why we rehashing the beef from two years ago.

SPEAKER_08

But it's still, you know, it's still stuff to be. If you slide something in on Kendrick, that's cool. I'm not mad at it. You had to make your shit work. Look, this is a whole album. We had for that you've been working on for two years.

SPEAKER_10

I mean, if you had something to say to that, man, you should have said it last year. I mean, I dropped three though. That's cool. If you got more, you could have taken a break. I ain't mad at you taking a break.

SPEAKER_08

That's what I'm saying. What it ain't necessarily, I don't see him focusing a whole track at Kendrick. A bar, maybe.

SPEAKER_10

Oh, I don't want a subliminal. I don't want a subliminal. I don't want a bar, I don't want a subliminal. Don't say advanced.

SPEAKER_08

Okay, okay, I got a question. What's the difference in him dissing him dissing Kendrick now versus him dissing Serena the last album? Hey. Somebody you dated 10 years ago.

SPEAKER_10

Wait a minute, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. But you said it right there. That's what makes a difference. I was in a role, I dated this woman. I was in relationship with this woman. So if I want to make a record about this woman, especially Drake, especially if it's like an RB style record, that's different. People people write about their breakups 20 years from later. That's what that's what people do with the pen. But a rap a rap battle is for sport. That ain't personal life. This is for sport. I don't know, bro. It's like bruh, that's like uh DeMar DeRose. No, I ain't gonna use DeMar DeRose. I'm gonna use it's like Amari Steidemayer hitting a three-pointer and then want to come back two two weeks later to play the same game after he missed the shot.

SPEAKER_09

No, bro. This game's over, bro. Y'all, I mean, let's move on to the next situation.

SPEAKER_08

All right, I get what you're saying. It's like Amari Steiner punching the fire hydrant and then being mad that he broke his hand. And then and then forget that happened.

SPEAKER_09

Lots of World War. How about I forget?

SPEAKER_08

Yo, I have never been so mad in my life, bro. One game, bruh.

SPEAKER_03

Ridiculous.

SPEAKER_08

Off a shot he missed now. Don't get it, don't get it twisted. He missed the shot. That shell go. I mean, low key. But but but uh no, I think I think you can you can do whatever you want. You've been working on something for two years. If you if you it's Drake, you can do whatever you want at this point, man.

SPEAKER_10

No, you can't, because then but that's the other thing. If Drake comes back here and talking about Kendrick, everybody gonna hate the album the minute because they everybody's gonna be mad because he's talking about Kendrick. So you really can't do what you want.

SPEAKER_08

Well, yeah, no, no, no, you're true, you're true. Yeah, because then it's it's the backlash. But why you why you support this man?

SPEAKER_10

Why you why you get quiet, you sue on him? It took you two years to come up with this, blah blah blah. That's all you got to talk about. He's wash, he's this, he's that. He could have a perfect album outside of these two Kendra Lomar tracks or a Kendra Lomar disc. That's all right. Everybody gonna focus on.

SPEAKER_08

Leave it alone. That's what you say. I feel it.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, it's uh it's it's done in an over with. Hey, the one thing you can say about Drake though, he go hey, he go out here and battle. He done he done win at comment, he done took subliminals of Jay, he went through the thing with Pusher, he went through the thing with uh Kendra, he took on 20 versus one, Ace out, um the weekend, Ross. I feel like I'm missing somebody, I'm sure I'm missing somebody.

SPEAKER_08

Uh Metro.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, Metro. I just he is count. What does it mean?

SPEAKER_08

It's the whole it's the whole album, though. That's all Metro.

SPEAKER_10

That's how Metro was doing is this. You know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_08

Like the whole album was aimed at Drake, though. That's the thing.

SPEAKER_10

Jersey, he's hitting the keyboard making beats. Like, are we really counting Metro?

SPEAKER_05

Yes, yes, we are. All right, cool. He brought 10 of the niggas to he gave him to seven the fuck up on.

SPEAKER_01

Hell yeah. He brought 10 of the niggas with him. Yeah, he brought 10 niggas with him.

SPEAKER_05

Sure, T shooters with him at that.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, yeah, okay. I hear y'all. But all I'm saying is he ain't say no words. We count his instrumentals as this is he's still an op. I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_08

Okay, nah, he create he created the BBL Drizzy, so that was a that was enough.

SPEAKER_10

And then Drizzy rapped on it on a uh sexy red joint, which is even more bad. Was that supposed to be a rebuttal?

SPEAKER_08

No, I'm just saying that nah nah. I mean, it it was solid because that's what you got compared to sexy red. Then you rapped on the nigga shit on with sexy red on the sexy red joint.

SPEAKER_10

It's like okay, I can I can do this. Drake, one drink I give one thing I could give Drake, he a petty ass nigga.

SPEAKER_05

Petty Betty for sure.

SPEAKER_10

He'll petty, he'll petty ass nigga.

SPEAKER_05

I uh yeah, he is he he deepened his petty lights in back.

SPEAKER_10

Sometimes sometimes you gotta be like sometimes you gotta be like that again. I'll also real quick. I know we said this a couple weeks ago, but I bet not heard future on this damn album because it wasn't just a metro album that everybody was hopping on Disney Drake. It definitely was not, it was future too.

SPEAKER_05

But tell me, but tell me future's not messy enough to be on the album. For sure. Future's like the second the second those features drop, I'm gonna be in the group chat wild. I promise you.

SPEAKER_10

I'll go text the at this nigga future. That's all I'm gonna say. This nigga future got on the damn train. I don't want her to be back with the confused nigga mean I I'd rather hear better yet. I'd rather hear him this kind of than her future on the joint. Because our list started off the future album.

SPEAKER_05

Look, he's been raising his son for the last two years. He can't go back on Sebattle. He's been making cookies and shit.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, Drake is making cookies and shit. Drake, Drake, hey man, he was had he okay, let me not say had. His son was never on social media until Pusha came out with that song, and now Drake gets every opportunity off to post that video. Close that son of his. Which is crazy. He done grew up so fast because that pushed him this was Dre.

SPEAKER_05

I want Soldier Boy on the album. Give me a Soldier Boy.

SPEAKER_03

Start out with a voice for Dre.

SPEAKER_09

Ain't even gonna get Soldier Kidd.

Drake Expectations And Rap Beef Boundaries

SPEAKER_10

Oh man, that would be classic. Uh let's get into the entertainment news. I ain't gonna lie, I ain't watched this show in about 12 years, so I don't really know. Uh Lovey Hip Hop is coming to an end.

SPEAKER_09

Which one? All of them? For my understanding, yeah. Uh I guess I don't know, Jerry. I thought I thought it was only Atlanta left anyway. But apparently, I guess it might be more. I guess New York is done, ain't it?

SPEAKER_05

Yeah. They had Miami. Did they have LA? They had Miami. Did they have LA? Am I tripping?

SPEAKER_10

I feel like they did have. I think it was called Hollywood, wasn't it? Maybe it was Hollywood. I think that's the one where Liz was on.

SPEAKER_09

Yeah, I think it was Hollywood or some shit. Yeah, but I mean, quad, you watch the stuff.

SPEAKER_10

You tell us.

SPEAKER_08

We whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa.

SPEAKER_10

I'm about you watch baddies.

SPEAKER_08

No, no, no. I mean, wait, wait. So I thought it was the same thing.

SPEAKER_09

Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.

SPEAKER_10

I thought it was in the line in a second. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Did I make it up?

SPEAKER_08

Did I make you did not you did not make anything that you said up, but you throwing it out there real casually, like you watch this, oh you watched that. No, I've seen this and I've seen that.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, is it different?

SPEAKER_08

Now I was watching Love and Hip Hop. I was watching Love and Hip Hop on Facebook, the Facebook clips. That's how I was keeping up with that. I was I was way off of the watching it on TV. I was watching that on clips. You feel me? Baddies on the other hand. That's wrestling. That's WWE. I watched that. Not necessarily I don't watch it anymore. I I'll tune in. It's like I tune in the regular WWE. I'll tune in the out, bro. I'm here.

SPEAKER_10

No, hold on, no, we're not even gonna do this. George, he said he's talking about you tuned in the WWE. It's man, it was WrestleMania a couple weeks ago. Bro watched one match each night. That's not tuned in, bro. They have six. Bro, what are we talking about?

SPEAKER_05

Who you like? If you don't fuck with them other niggas who's who's who's going in the fight, cool. Watch who you gonna watch. I'm gonna watch Rhea Ripley inner ring every time.

SPEAKER_08

Hey man, I will too.

SPEAKER_05

I think I'm gonna watch Rhea Ripley in the ring every time.

SPEAKER_08

Nah, y'all playing Rhea Ripley dicking up as fuck.

SPEAKER_05

I'm watching it every time. But I'm trying to get it. I'm trying to get putting it up. Stop it.

SPEAKER_08

Speaking on the WrestleMania, I did only watch the main event. That's because I forgot. But one main event was better than the other. What can we say? Exactly.

SPEAKER_01

The main event is for the main eyes to watch.

SPEAKER_05

If you don't watch the other ones, that's not a crime. We're here for the main event. That's why people watch it. Everything else just leads up to that shit. How they rack it up.

SPEAKER_10

That's fine, Jersey. But it's the thing. He liked one, he watched the two main events. It was a Saturday night and a Sunday night. He liked the Saturday night. Am I correct, Quay? Yes, I'm correct. I already know. Look, here's the thing, Jerks. Nobody else. When I say nobody else, which is crazy. No jerks. Jerks. Nobody else says Saturday was better than Sunday. Quag's the only person.

SPEAKER_08

And I'm just speaking main events now.

SPEAKER_10

I do, you know what I'm saying? Here we go. Here we go. The plug. From my perspective, me and Dion. I told I text Dion. Hey, Quag said this. Was he how when he watched both of them? Was he hell when he watched both of them? Hey, hey, respectfully, you're wrong. Shout out Joe. Look, I text Joe. Hey, Clay said this. What you think? Nah, man. Joe said it was nah, man.

SPEAKER_08

And you told him I just watched the main events, right?

SPEAKER_10

Yes. And they both was like, yo, you wow.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, no, I could not, bruh. I do not want to. Jersey this is the thing. You got an actual, you got a fight, and then you got two dudes that they got tired at the end of the match. Punching like this, Jerse. Like, like your granddaddy.

SPEAKER_10

That was the build, Jerris. But the thing, he's ignoring the fact that that was part of the build was Roman was looking at him, bro. You owe, you can't hang with me. And so then he quit at the match because he because it proves that you owe.

SPEAKER_05

You can't hang with him.

SPEAKER_10

It was part of the point.

SPEAKER_04

The storyline is half the point.

SPEAKER_05

Thank you, Jerris. It's part of the point. It is, it's half the point. Like wrestling really is for the entertainment.

SPEAKER_08

Like anyways, back to the topic at hand. That's the topic baddies WWE. And and love and hip-hop. What is love and hip-hop? That's like, I mean, it's some form of reality TV. Um, yeah, no, I'm I'm gonna miss it though. I'm gonna miss getting my little clips. It's been a minute since I've seen some clips, because you know, it's been a while, but I'm gonna miss the shit. I'm gonna miss some love and hip-hop. I'm gonna miss uh Chrissy and Jones, Stevie and Mimi.

SPEAKER_05

They'll still be on social media. You just can't watch they both all at the same time.

SPEAKER_08

Scrap, scrap, and and and what was Erica, scrap and erica, scrap and baby, mama D.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, it's good. It's the mamas for me. I need the mamas to have a separate child.

SPEAKER_08

Like they they tried that already.

SPEAKER_05

Damn, and I was okay, hey Joel.

SPEAKER_08

With the aunties. That was like the little try run, and and you see that that didn't work. You better not bring another set of mamas in into a same room.

SPEAKER_05

We need the throwback like to real world, put it just in the chapters. Get him some challenges, get him some therapy. I think it'd be so entertaining.

SPEAKER_08

Dig brother it up.

SPEAKER_05

Crazy word, crazy word. I have to love and hip hop. It was nice while it lasted. I'm sure we're gonna be back with some fucking next friends. Not necessarily under the title Love and Hip Hop, but somebody's gonna do something.

SPEAKER_10

That was my next question. Do you have okay? Love and hip hop is over. But do y'all think all this is just gonna be a bunch of spin-offs?

SPEAKER_08

They do that now, like whenever something somebody gets a spin-off, somebody somebody from Love and Hip Hop will get a spin-off. We don't know who, but it'll be a couple of maybe one or two. You gotta feel them time slots.

SPEAKER_05

For sure. I wouldn't mind us going back to the uh flinger love style, uh style lineup for that. Let's let's get scrap on for real. Come on, it's not like I I would love to see it. I would love to see that.

SPEAKER_10

Hey, take balloon pop to another level.

SPEAKER_05

Exactly. Some shit like that. Let's let's get them niggas hosting some game shows or something. Like, I love that they have DC on fly hosting Hollywood squares. Like, nigga, that shit's fucking hilarious. Um get a check one way or another. Let's keep it entertained.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, get to the bag. Every opportunity you got, you gotta get to the bag.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, I think baddies have soaked up all the ratchetry that love and hip hop was known for.

SPEAKER_10

And baddies seemed more authentic, authentic compared to love and hip hop felt like if the love and hip hop felt like a storyline. It felt like a bunch of stories. I mean, as far as they really they really want to fight each other. I don't feel like love and hip hop people really want to fight each other.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, and I think they just really want the screen time. But that's just me. I don't think anything about them getting less. Like they're here because they're pretty and they know how to be dramatic and it's entertaining. Even then, all of them ain't changed.

SPEAKER_10

Man, uh okay, real quick. Who's your favorite character from all of the love and hip hops? You gotta pick one. Who's your favorite? Craig, you watch it more recently than us. My favorite all time, all time, it could be from any season.

SPEAKER_08

Um all time. It's probably it's probably gotta be mama D. Mama D all time, she's unhinged. Um, she done did a lot of shit. She done slept with a uh, I didn't say slept with a lot of people, you know. She she done had her her situations with different people. She lived her life.

SPEAKER_10

That's the way we don't want to. That's what I'm saying.

SPEAKER_08

And then she was she got a bag. A love and hip hop bag, mind you, but a bag nonetheless. What she was afforded.

SPEAKER_10

You get what you get.

SPEAKER_08

I feel it. Off off being the back of uh uh a pimp and scrappy's mama. I mean, you got a TV deal off that? I ain't mad at it.

SPEAKER_05

So Walker's mom. She was uh coach in uh the hip hop show with the girls.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, Walker's mom, big time. She managed to be.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, she she was already an exec though. She she Gucci, uh Walk, you know, yeah, she managed all the time.

SPEAKER_05

I like to see her on screen. Yeah, now you're right. See the man behind the curtains. Like, you know, we don't get a lot of confidence.

SPEAKER_08

Uh Mimi, Mimi's a second for me. That's like my my Mimi is all set up. Because, you know, I uh nigga watched that sex tape plenty of times.

SPEAKER_10

I was gonna say, Mimi's my number one. I ain't gonna hold you. I don't know why Mimi's number one.

SPEAKER_05

Y'all not gonna get a Puerto Rican princess, no point. She'd be number two.

SPEAKER_08

I mean, she's still kicking it.

SPEAKER_05

She didn't already love it. We're just talking about characters from the show in general. So talk about it. Like their shenanigans was crazy. That was the beginning. Honestly, the show ain't been as good as them first couple of seasons. Entertainment-wise, like, I don't think it kept the same momentum.

SPEAKER_10

Atlanta was better than all of them, better than Miami, better than Hollywood, better than New York.

SPEAKER_04

Is there something about the ratchet tree of Atlanta, Georgia?

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, no, Atlanta was entertaining us. Yeah, no, Atlanta was different. Atlanta was different. New York wasn't as ratchet. And they ain't it don't like like that. It was messy. They was messy, but they wasn't.

SPEAKER_05

I will tell you my favorite all-time, all-time loving and five character is Cardi B. Cardi B.

SPEAKER_10

Oh shit. How did we forget? I forgot about Cardi. Because Cardi don't let me take time.

SPEAKER_05

Exactly. She got it, she did her season, she made her music, and she got the fucked out. And she's bad as bitch on the internet right now. Respectfully, she did it right. She did it right.

SPEAKER_10

Cardi got in, already got out.

SPEAKER_05

Respectfully, they got it right. If they told me we gonna book you for two seasons of love and hip hop to get done what you need to get done, and then you want your fucking own.

Love And Hip Hop Ending Debate

SPEAKER_10

No, no, Cardi did what she cardi did. She took that and got paid. She got that spirit. I don't want to say spirit, bitch. Sounds crazy. She got the the allure of love and hip hop. Our part it became her own thing. That like you said, we forgot all about Cardi being on the and she's gonna be money making money off those memes. What hell? Nah, she did her one too. Cardi did her one too. Uh speaking of Cardi, shout out to Cardi. She was out at uh Meg at her last show on Mulan Rouge. So, yeah, shout out to Cardi. So, yeah, all right. I've seen this on Instagram, and I really won't talk about this because I want to know what y'all think. Art is uh talks about the 12 biggest black artists of all time, and I'm gonna read y'all these artists, and y'all tell me if this checks out for y'all. Uh, this is not in any order, this is just the 12th. Uh, Whitney Houston, Beyonce, Tupac, Bob Marley, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Prince, Mariah Carey, Rihanna, Kanye West, Jimi Hendrix, Jay-Z. Does this check out to y'all as the 12 biggest artists of all time?

SPEAKER_03

Black artists of all time. I understand by that. Okay, I'm gonna give Okay, what you think?

SPEAKER_10

That's well. I was gonna say, I'm gonna give y'all some names and y'all tell me if you think they should be in a 12. But do you think that's the 12?

SPEAKER_08

It sounded, it sounded a little off. Say it one more time, because it sounded a little uh a little suspect to me.

SPEAKER_10

Uh Whitney Houston, Beyonce, Tupac, Bob Marley, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Prince, Mariah Carey, Rihanna, Kanye West, Jimi Hendrix, Jay-Z.

SPEAKER_08

Them last little three, I think it was after Rihanna. Rihanna and Dam, it sounded real suspect to me. We're gonna have to switch that up.

SPEAKER_10

Okay. All right, I'm gonna give y'all some names. And y'all tell me if you they should be on that list. Uh first is Marvin Gay. And if we agree, everybody y'all say yeah to, we're gonna go back and we're gonna take somebody off.

SPEAKER_07

Take off Jigga for Marvin Gay.

SPEAKER_10

Okay, okay. All right. I disagree with that completely, but I um Aretha Franklin.

SPEAKER_05

What are we taking off for Aretha? Like y'all, y'all see, you want to play the game.

SPEAKER_10

I mean, we'll take Ariana for Aretha then. See you, I figured you would say that. Here's my next name. Jamie Jackson.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah. Let's take let's yeah.

SPEAKER_10

Who'd you say after who'd you say after yay? After yay, uh Jimi Hendrix. Yeah, you you can't do that.

SPEAKER_05

You can't say Jimmy. Um, who's after Stevie Wonder? After Stevie Michael Jackson. Oh, yeah, we leave Michael on there.

SPEAKER_08

Take off Kanye. No, no, no, take off Marvin, take off Marvin, take off Marvin. For Janet, for Janet, hell yeah.

SPEAKER_10

Imagine Marvin wasn't even on the original for though. No, leave Marvin.

SPEAKER_08

Okay, Jersey. Okay, okay. If we we can leave Marvin if you can name me three Marvin Gay songs. That ain't stop, bro.

SPEAKER_10

That's not fun.

SPEAKER_05

Hey, what's going on? Okay, we did the Christmas joint. This Christmas.

SPEAKER_10

Whoa, whoa, whoa. All right, bruh.

SPEAKER_05

My brain is broken.

SPEAKER_10

All I'm saying is Marvin Gay is Marvin Gay.

SPEAKER_08

Marvin Gay is Marvin Gay. I'm gonna take him off for Janet.

SPEAKER_10

Okay, cool. That's fine.

SPEAKER_09

Uh team turning.

SPEAKER_04

Who is uh who you said Rebel is Aretha?

SPEAKER_08

Come on down, Aretha.

SPEAKER_01

Already swapping off the set.

SPEAKER_05

Oh no, niggas need to put on this crazy.

SPEAKER_08

Come on down, Aretha.

SPEAKER_05

Read the list again. You said Whitney, you said Beyonce, and you said okay, Whitney, Beyonce, Tupac, Bob Marley, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Prince, Mariah Carey, Rihanna. Cool. I'll take that.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, yeah. I didn't know Mariah was. She can come down too.

SPEAKER_10

Okay, uh okay, cool. So let me let me put it like this. So Whitney Houston is safe, regardless, all right?

SPEAKER_08

Whitney Houston's safe.

SPEAKER_10

Okay, is Beyonce safe regardless? Safe, safe. Jersey's kind of hesitant with the Beyonce.

SPEAKER_01

I did have to hesitate. Yeah. Because it depends on who LT about to say, nigga. He just pulled Aretha out of his ass. He ain't say nothing about Diana yet.

SPEAKER_08

And re and and Aretha can come off again. Okay. All right. Tupac. Is Tupac safe? I really do want Tupac to be safe. What is the category? What is the category again?

SPEAKER_00

12 greatest black artists of Austin. Biggest, biggest black artist.

SPEAKER_08

Biggest, yeah. So yeah. Um, pock safe. Okay, Bob Marley. Safe. Stevie Wonder. Safe.

SPEAKER_10

Michael Michael Jackson.

SPEAKER_08

Safe.

SPEAKER_10

Double safe. Prince. Safe. Safe. Okay, cool. So that's seven right there. I know. Seven right there. Okay. Who's at the bottom of this list? It's five left. And y'all, oh Jimi Hendrix.

SPEAKER_08

Jimi Hendrix.

SPEAKER_10

Jimmy Hendrix safe.

SPEAKER_08

Is a I ain't gonna say he ain't he ain't this. He ain't safe to me. He ain't safe to me. I read the Jimi Hendrix book. He was doing a lot of white shit.

SPEAKER_10

He was, but it's the time.

SPEAKER_05

A rock star. He was a black rock star.

SPEAKER_08

Uh black white junkie.

SPEAKER_10

Oh, a lot of the d a little bit. Okay, uh on this on this list, not us. On this list, Mike wasn't a junkie.

SPEAKER_08

Prince wasn't a junkie. Then um that's how they died at the end, my boy. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.

SPEAKER_05

That's whoa, don't you put that on the podcast? You put that the government killed them, and you know it. Stop playing with me on this podcast.

SPEAKER_10

Come on, come on. No, no, no. Junkies is crazy.

SPEAKER_05

Junkies is crazy. You've officially said the craziest thing on this podcast today.

SPEAKER_10

Junkies. Junkies is well. But both of them did both of them not down from drug complications.

SPEAKER_05

Administered by a doctor, administered by the government. Give me that bullshit. Okay.

SPEAKER_08

You out of pocket now?

SPEAKER_05

All right, I'm keeping it at the buck. The industry killed both of them niggas. They are safe.

SPEAKER_10

Okay, cool. So those seven is safe. We need five more. Is let me ask. Is Janet on the list?

SPEAKER_08

Janet can get on.

SPEAKER_10

So Janet will be eight. Okay. Jimmy. How many more you got? How many more you got? How many? How many Janet four? Then we would need four more people. Also, there is this guy named Chuck Berry who, like, you know, did this thing of that like invented something?

SPEAKER_05

So which isn't what he invented rock and roll.

SPEAKER_08

You don't know Chuck Berry?

SPEAKER_05

I know Chuck Berry. I'll make sure he did. He's like, he invented something. I'm gonna clarify that.

SPEAKER_10

At a moment. He uh also James Brown was not listed. Ray Charles was not listed. So I'm just saying. Um I'm gonna I'm gonna be real here for a minute. Um George, you can cover your ears if you want to. We not gonna act like oh my god. We gotta we not gonna act like hey, let me tell you something. Admin, the uh what was it, Billboard, or somebody getting 30 greatest living songwriters? And nobody nobody said nothing about Robert. We don't act like okay, I get it. Robert don't exist no more because he in jail and he did a bunch of wild shit. All right, cool.

SPEAKER_08

Robert? Well, big and you see, they had to make it 12 people, it ain't even uh uh even 10. No, you had to go get two more because it's so many.

SPEAKER_05

I am a little disappointed. Lil Wayne didn't make the list either.

SPEAKER_03

Personally, no, I can't.

SPEAKER_08

I'm not surprised he didn't make the list, but they all time black artists.

SPEAKER_05

I think Lil Wayne is fine at least.

SPEAKER_08

Not top 12. I wouldn't. If it was like top 20.

SPEAKER_05

All right, maybe not top 12, definitely top 20.

SPEAKER_08

The two rappers they had on there probably shouldn't have been on there, honestly.

SPEAKER_10

Okay, so we got eight. We need four more. Also, there's another rapper by the name of Drake, and it didn't specify Drake is have. Black. Big biggest. We can't have a conversation about biggest. The biggest artist of the generation, mute hip hop wise, black wise, is Drake.

SPEAKER_05

After Beyonce also got shut down for two years by Kendrick Lomar. So we throwing Kendrick at the list. I didn't hear that album either.

SPEAKER_10

I'm just saying, I if you want to talk about numbers, they're gonna talk about Drake put that nigga on.

SPEAKER_08

So we we really can't. Anybody you put on really can't surpass you like that. They gotta kill you first. Real real Julius Caesar shit.

SPEAKER_10

Literally. All right, uh debuted at number one for the first week, 246,000 sales. Um do reported unit succeeded 1.6 million by November 2025. So, yeah, he still didn't know.

SPEAKER_05

Still ain't listened to it. So one out of three, two people.

SPEAKER_08

Two out of three.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, uh two out of three, one listened to it.

SPEAKER_04

I'm just saying, technically, Drake still black, it don't get low-key, he can sneak up in there.

SPEAKER_08

I mean, something all right, man.

SPEAKER_05

Let's top 20 short, top 20 short.

SPEAKER_08

No, no, no. If we're talking the top 12, Drake needs to be in there. Because you gotta, if you gotta think about it, the way some of these people came through and took took took storm, like they they season was so long, so prophetic, he's one of those people.

SPEAKER_05

There's a plethora of black entertainers that did that before him that deserved the black retainers spot on this list.

SPEAKER_07

I'm not not gonna do it.

SPEAKER_10

I think for clarification purposes, Kendrick Lamar's his last album, first week sales, was 177. Dirk's deal did Dirk's deal 60,000 more, and it wasn't even a Drake album, it was a Drake and Party album.

SPEAKER_03

I'm still questioning Drake albums.

SPEAKER_05

So what'd you say?

SPEAKER_10

I ain't heard you.

SPEAKER_05

I ain't heard that part. It wasn't sorry, it wasn't a Drake album. You just said that. So again, party makes the door is points because it was his album. You're gonna put party mixed door on the fucking list. Jersey, stop party makes the door in the fucking list.

SPEAKER_04

I'm just saying about numbers, it wasn't his album.

SPEAKER_10

Stop, stop. The reason that it only did the reason it only did 233 is because party's name's on it. It was a full Drake album.

SPEAKER_05

So Drake got 60. So Drake got 60,000. Party got the rest.

SPEAKER_08

No, Drake got like 220. Party got the rest.

SPEAKER_10

I get I get it. I I heard what you say, but stop. Like, we're not doing that. Not his name on the album.

SPEAKER_01

He's he's not gonna get the award for it. Party is. It's his album. So I'm not giving Drake the points because he decided to step on somebody else's album because he had a ball to put his own out that year. The fuck? We're waiting on his comeback now. We'll we'll judge that album in two weeks.

SPEAKER_03

We know.

SPEAKER_10

I'm just gonna, I ain't even listening.

SPEAKER_05

Who else is on your list, too?

SPEAKER_10

Jersey, you got that one so wrong. I ain't even gonna hold it. Hey, man, it's so wrong.

SPEAKER_05

The academy and the academy is gonna say the same shit when it comes to the awards. They're putting party's name on the plaque, not drinking.

SPEAKER_10

Um Diane, uh Donna Summer and Diana Ross is other names that I have. That's all I love. Some well, people said Shaka Khan, but I don't really think Shaka Khan is. Not top 12. Shaka Khan ain't top 12.

SPEAKER_05

So Bell wasn't on that list. I love the Luther Holland now. Biggest love Patty.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, Patty was just here. Uh people got Luther on there, Luther Van Draws. You know how I feel about Luther. But Luther ain't top 12. We talk about biggest. We talk about biggest, we talk about impact, how big they star rose. I think you gotta put Chuck Berry on there just because. Um so yeah, yeah, yeah. No. That's all I got. Uh, I mean, y'all ain't got nothing else as far as on the list. There's no no well, let me say it like this. Y'all ain't got no other names that y'all can think of.

SPEAKER_08

That ain't on there. Uh I think I think you said most of them. You said Ray. You said Kells. Um low key, like uh Usher Chris, maybe.

SPEAKER_05

Usher those we're not throwing Eric and Badu on that list. Uh no.

SPEAKER_10

Now if we talk about biggest, no.

SPEAKER_05

Crazy. We not throwing Missy on that list.

SPEAKER_08

A missy. I a Missy can't get on there.

SPEAKER_10

If we talk time out, respectfully, respectfully. If we gonna put a female rapper on her, the biggest female rapper was Nikki.

SPEAKER_08

And Rihanna got on there before.

SPEAKER_10

I'm just saying, like if we don't put a female rapper, as I'm not trying to, I'm not trying to throw no shade at Missy, I'm not trying to throw the shade of nobody, but I'm saying if if we talk to female, big biggest female rapper, without a question, it was Nikki. We ain't put Nikki on there. And that's what me.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, and that's what uh we're not on Queen Latifah on that list, like you know that yo yo on that list.

SPEAKER_10

Stop with the yo-yo, stop.

SPEAKER_05

There's not I'm just I'm just right female rapper to see uh salt and pepper now in there. They got Hall of Famer.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, no, I agree with all these people are Hall of Famers, but we we all these people is Hall of Famers. We're talking about the top of the cream of the crop, the top of the top. You know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_05

That's also what the blacks and awards are for.

SPEAKER_10

We talk about award shows like the Grammys, who don't even actually listen to half the black out black people's albums that come out. We're not gonna, we're not, we're not talking about them. Like awards and plaques with names on it don't actually mean as much as you want to give it credit to an image they'll share so they like. Okay, when the hot thoughts are okay. But yeah, all right, so let's finish this off uh so we get into the half hour. Uh Whitney's a lock, Beyonce's a lock, Tupac, Bob Marley, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Prince. Did we say Chuck Berry's a lock?

SPEAKER_05

The sake of recognition, sure.

SPEAKER_10

Okay. Uh Janet Jackson. Lock. Okay, cool. So we got three spots left. Jimi Hendrix.

SPEAKER_08

If we liking Chuck Berry, I say we can't like, I'm not liking Jimmy too.

SPEAKER_10

Okay, cool. Uh James Brown. We got three spots left.

SPEAKER_05

Poor James Brown.

SPEAKER_10

Appreciate your.

SPEAKER_05

Um I'm down a lot, James Brown.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, no, James, James can get in.

SPEAKER_10

All right, so that put us a 10. We got two spots left. Uh we got Marvin Gatty, we got Tina Turner, we got Aretha Franklin, we got Jay-Z, we got Kaye, we got Rihanna, we got Diana Ross, we got Nina Simone. Did I say Tina Turner already? I think I did. Yeah. There's also BB King.

SPEAKER_08

Louie Armstrong, Nikki Drake.

SPEAKER_10

Nikki Drake. Like, we got two spots left. If a sec for for a second time, and I don't want to go back and forth with with yours, I'm gonna leave Robert off.

SPEAKER_05

I think if we're locking in the Pinkerton Robert Chuck Berry. I think if we're locking in Chuck Berry, it'd be safe to also lock in Donna Summer. She burns Disco. As lame as you know, people think this go was, that shit ran the world.

SPEAKER_03

Okay.

SPEAKER_08

But is but is she bigger than Drake?

SPEAKER_05

Yes. Historically, yes.

SPEAKER_08

All right, so I say them last two spots. We lock in Drake and we can lock in James Brown. We can lock in uh you just said two names.

SPEAKER_10

Now you gotta lock in somebody else. Did I say two? Yeah. You said Drake and James Brown.

SPEAKER_08

Fair to me. Hey, I think that's a solid 12. If we gotta bump anybody, we can bump Marvin Gaye.

SPEAKER_10

Marvin Gay's the bump.

SPEAKER_08

Who you gonna bump him with?

SPEAKER_03

I will bump Drake around. You gonna drink bump drink for who? I don't know what you said. I will bump Drake a little bit. Respectfully as a win.

SPEAKER_08

We can't we can't do that.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_10

So doing this is hard, right? Because you gotta take your biasness out of it. You just you gotta take your biasness out of it, and you gotta look at like who's the biggest artist of their time. I the Donna Summers jersey, I was rocking with you. If we want to give her that last spot, because like you said, she helped generate uh disco. Hell, I didn't even know the disco bar was created in Luke. I just found that out this weekend. I didn't even know that shit. Um, so jerseys, we do bourbon and horse racing. Well, I ain't know they did disco too. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? Oh I can't I don't know. Um let y'all do it because tech for me take each his own.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, coming to many across the road on this podcast, and I'm okay with us not having the same answer as far as the last person on this was so uh then also Tina Turner.

SPEAKER_10

I think I will uh I think I'm gonna put Tina Turner over here because Tina.

SPEAKER_05

She can put Tina on the list. She got her ass beat for that spot on her glass.

SPEAKER_09

Let's give it a I said well, I say well shit. Jersey said that woman got her ass beat to be on the list.

SPEAKER_05

Jersey's she all like she had to fight. But I said Ike was heavy-handed.

SPEAKER_10

Fuck you be out of pocket, out of pocket. But I said the wow shit. Them dudes actually, all right. Man, what the fuck? Jerry, hey, I got it. I don't even at this point. I don't even remember who 12 was because jersey's Tina's on the list. Tina's on the list. We could go with 12. Jersey saying Wayne. I don't want I'm gonna lean towards Drizzy, but I'm I'll drop a little way in for Tina tonight. I also think Ray Charles has a conversation, so yeah, we're gonna go with it. But yeah, without further ado.

SPEAKER_08

Uh today's listening hot thoughts brought to you by uh more that baguette OG. Like I said, it tastes like a loaf of bread, it is what it is. Um we're gonna have some fun today, y'all. We're gonna make it quit, we're gonna get up out of here, but you know, we're gonna make it do what it do. Um, today we're gonna play some family feud.

SPEAKER_01

Oh lord.

SPEAKER_08

Hold on.

SPEAKER_07

Not yet, we not.

SPEAKER_03

Um yeah, bruh.

SPEAKER_08

I was over here. Look out here.

SPEAKER_05

We learned that shit.

SPEAKER_08

We get busy over here. No, facts. That's what we do.

SPEAKER_05

Six answers on the board.

SPEAKER_08

Uh, before but before I get that started up though, um, did y'all see that that Wiz Khalifa uh Amber Rose suing Wiz Khalifa for full custody?

SPEAKER_05

Oh shit, bruh.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, but uh uh allegedly because their son has been exposed to marijuana at an early age.

SPEAKER_09

You the same person who did the Slow Walk, right? No, for real.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_09

Dash is what, like 15, ain't he?

SPEAKER_08

He's he's 13.

SPEAKER_05

And we talk about the same but his dad's been a bothead his whole life. We knew that. He knew that.

SPEAKER_00

All right, bruh. You just sound bored, bitter. I'm sorry, girl. You just sound bored and bitter. I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_10

I think it's because this video just came out of it was women and weed smoking in the room, and why Wiz's son came in and Wiz told his son to get. I think he told her either either told everybody to stop or told his son to get out.

SPEAKER_05

So hold your breath for a minute. My son is all the activities. Yeah, that's crazy. So I'm sorry, that's crazy. Hilarious. As far as family feud goes, have you guys determined which family members you would and would not allow on your team? Oh, for sure.

SPEAKER_10

I know my family off the um my my me, my sister, my cousin Jasmine, my uncle Jay, and my cousin Kamara. If my if for any of them that wouldn't do it, I would give my cousin Ashley. Shout out to uh Ho, please. I said what I said. Shout out to them. Um if not, then my uncle turns. Yeah, man, Jersey, this has already been thought in my head who I'm taking.

SPEAKER_05

I think I I genuinely think everybody's thought about who their family view partners would be and who they absolutely would be.

SPEAKER_08

My bad, my bad. I think this, I think I got it now. I think I got it.

SPEAKER_10

Hey, bro, look, I'm like George, who would you take?

SPEAKER_05

Um, I would definitely take both of my parents, my mom and my dad.

SPEAKER_03

They're extremely smart together.

SPEAKER_05

Um, I would take I think I'm gonna leave my aunties at home. I went by mouth, Allie. He's smart as shit. Um Teddy. I'm throwing Teddy on the team for sure because we just shit and gigs for real. Um on the team, plus myself.

SPEAKER_10

That's five, yeah. Of course, that's right, but you said it because you didn't your sister's just about to be aka and you need to her name.

SPEAKER_05

They gotta go home. She gotta go, yeah. No, she's gonna stay home.

SPEAKER_10

We're gonna clip that. We're gonna clip that. Make sure you share that part. She's smart.

SPEAKER_05

I just I need her to come up with valid answers in a good amount of time. I'm sure with the proper themes, she'd be set. I don't know that she's equipped for every category that's gonna come up with.

SPEAKER_06

That's crazy. I feel it. All right, y'all see that?

SPEAKER_05

No, you you just gotta be selective sometimes.

SPEAKER_10

Yeah, no, I see it.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, round one.

SPEAKER_08

All right, there's only one round, but hey, let's get to it. We asked 100 men, theoretically speaking, if a woman was to scare the hoes, what would they have done? And we mean and we mean male hoes at that.

SPEAKER_05

Okay, all right.

SPEAKER_08

Anyone want to go first?

SPEAKER_05

I'd like to go first.

SPEAKER_08

All right, Jerus, what you got?

SPEAKER_05

Uh bring her nigga outside.

SPEAKER_08

Do do what?

SPEAKER_05

Bring her nigga outside. She can secure the host ring.

SPEAKER_07

Um, yeah, that no, that's not on the list.

SPEAKER_05

That's not on the list.

SPEAKER_07

That's that's what it is.

SPEAKER_08

Agg stalkerish. Um can can we be a little more specific?

SPEAKER_10

I mean, bro, how much more I could be like blowing your phone up.

SPEAKER_08

Blowing your phone up. Uh I think we got one. Hold on, no. Oh, you gotta type it in. Oh, this is some bullshit, man. What is this?

SPEAKER_05

Bro, you didn't check you didn't beta test this before we ever.

SPEAKER_08

I didn't know you had to actually type the word in.

SPEAKER_05

Crazy work.

SPEAKER_08

All right, number one. I tested it, just not on the phone. All right, well, Q, you got number one. Call repeatedly more than four times.

SPEAKER_10

Okay, call repeatedly. All right, uh George, you got a guess.

SPEAKER_05

Um, follow all your social media. Ooh.

SPEAKER_08

Follow all your social media?

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, no, that one's uh that one's not on there. No.

SPEAKER_05

Two strikes for me.

SPEAKER_01

Let's not be scaring the honeys, nigga.

SPEAKER_10

I'm gonna say, mm. I got two answers. We already got two strikes, that's why I don't know which one to go with.

SPEAKER_05

I have two strikes.

SPEAKER_08

I'm about to say, look, it's only five answers. We we can go until somebody get them.

SPEAKER_10

Uh okay. Uh was we on teens or was we one-on-one? Look, I thought it was. I'm gonna say we can go, we're going one-on-one. I thought it was one for one, yeah. Oh shit. I thought it was teams because it's family feud. You go as a team, they ask you the questions. That's why I was like, Oh shit. Act crazy in public? Or act out in public?

SPEAKER_08

Act crazy in public.

SPEAKER_10

Act crazy, act out, do some wild shit.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, no, that one that one's not it.

SPEAKER_05

That's a lot. That's what's scared. Show up at show up at his job.

SPEAKER_08

Show up at his job, no show up at the job, no.

SPEAKER_10

No, all of these things screw the hoes.

SPEAKER_05

What are we talking about? Let me tell you something. We bust and tires. I mean busting tires.

SPEAKER_08

That's just busting tire. We sure not on there, no, no, no, no. That's not on there, but I mean, I I think that was something the nigga was already scared if you start doing that.

SPEAKER_05

You know, that's definitely sure fire away. You can't go nowhere if the car ain't moved.

SPEAKER_10

I'm sorry, double texting.

SPEAKER_08

Double texting is not on there. Um, at some point, y'all want me just give y'all the answers.

SPEAKER_10

Bro, what are we talking? Hold on, talk about what are we talking about? If double texting ain't on her, flatten the ties ain't on her, showing up to your job on an ass ain't on her, acting out in public ain't on her. What the hell else is on her that's not scaring us?

SPEAKER_08

Okay, let's go.

SPEAKER_05

That's scary nose. That is very specific, and yes, I said just a threesome, you'd automatically assume it was a girl, and apparently that wouldn't necessarily scare me, but it might make me kind of angry.

SPEAKER_10

Hey, what the fuck are you talking about? That's a more uh what the fuck are you talking about?

SPEAKER_08

Ah, yeah, but all right. Number one, we had uh call repeatedly. Damn, did I lose it that quick? Number two, we had talk about sexual escapades. I don't like the better number three, bring up marriage slash kids. Number four, number four, recite true crime lore, and number four and number five, fall in love too quick.

SPEAKER_04
