When Icons Get Benched, Dragged, Or Banned, CP3, DIDDY AND RAY J

Mixed Vibez Media, LLC

Send us a text

The night starts on the tarmac: the Clippers send Chris Paul home midseason and a franchise’s legacy problem takes center stage. We dig into what that decision says about culture, leadership, and how fast respect evaporates when the record turns ugly. From there, we spin the trade wheel—Giannis smoke to the Knicks, salary stacks that might work on paper, and why fit, shooting, and pecking order matter more than headlines when you’re mortgaging the future for a megastar.

Money gets real when Odell Beckham Jr. says a $100M deal can still feel tight. We break down the math—taxes, agents, training, family support, brand pressure—and sketch the simple rules that keep athletes solvent: cash-flowing assets early, automatic investing, proper insurance, and spending caps that don’t grow with clout. Then the conversation shifts to respect and receipts. Ray J calls out Jay-Z and Beyoncé for skipping Brandy at a show, followed by a chaotic livestream during a domestic dispute that raises serious questions about filming yourself through a crisis. The Diddy documentary lands next, with 50 Cent steering the narrative and forcing a hard look at image control versus documented behavior.

SPEAKER_00:

Going on, people. Y'all know what time it is. Another episode of V Mix Vibe Podcast, your favorite amateur podcast, and you can find us wherever we get your podcast. Pull up your boy Young Quack to T the Dream.

SPEAKER_03:

Man, you already know the bad. It's your boy, Mr. Bell, aka AK Say Your Name up on this pie. Might not reach you to my jersey. Uh Quag.

SPEAKER_01:

And you know it, man. Another day in the life of me.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, I feel it. I feel it. Oh shit. I ain't really gotta ask Quag, but you texted you text me with the question mark. So I'm gonna let you get your shit off. Uh what you think about CP3 against at home? He was they was from what I heard, they was on the tarmac in Atlanta, and they sent your boy home. He was getting into it with Tyloo, and him he said, all right, let me sit down with Ty Lou. Tyloo said, Nah, I'm good. I don't even want none of that.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, I didn't know that was a situation that happened. I thought it was, you know, they were losing so bad, they just needed to free up a roster pot to get somebody else.

SPEAKER_03:

I didn't know there was turmoil. No, no, it was turmoil, boy. Let me tell you, uh, so all this is like reports and whatnot is like I said, him and Tyloo didn't get along. He had issues with the coaching staff and a little bit with management, and saying stuff wasn't being done correctly and wasn't run correctly. So um CP3, he wasn't really, he wasn't, he wasn't playing much, and when he was playing, he wasn't playing good. And some of the trips he didn't take, then you know it came out that he was gonna retire. It came that was like what week two weeks ago? Two weeks ago that he came out, he was gonna retire. So cool. They said uh they was in Atlanta, Lawrence Frame flew from LA to Atlanta and said, hey, you know what? I think it's time for us to go our separate ways. Uh you can go home. We're gonna stay here, and we're gonna try to figure something out for you. We're gonna figure out what your next steps is. Now, what is your thoughts? Because to me, this this looks bad from my perspective. This looks bad if you the clippers organization.

SPEAKER_01:

Uh, I think it's disrespectful. But I mean, it is Chris Paul. Chris Paul done did a lot of shit to a lot of people.

SPEAKER_03:

He does have a history of being.

SPEAKER_01:

He got a history. It's it's fine when you do it. It's a problem when somebody else do it, huh? Going to the rails talking about people ain't got their jersey tucked in. You kicking people, you spitting on people. You hear me? I'm just saying. Chris Paul, you done did your fair share of dirt.

SPEAKER_03:

Is it true?

SPEAKER_01:

Is it wrong? Yes. Would I have done Chris Paul like that? If he had done me wrong, maybe. I'd have thought about it. But you just cut this man's retirement tour in in half? You gave Chris Paul, I mean uh Chris Paul, Paul Pierce, you let him get his little retirement waves off. But you just you kicked Chris Paul to the curds. Yeah, nah, that's wow. That's crazy. Paul Pierce retired a clipper before Chris Paul did?

SPEAKER_03:

That see, that's the thing, bruh. Chris Paul, let me, this ain't no shade to any LA Clipper before. But Chris Paul's gonna be the first one to get his jersey retired. Is it well not now? Not now. Well, man, I ain't gonna say ever, because I'm pretty sure, like, you know, they had they they had they was in different cities or whatnot. They had people, but I'm talking about like, as cool, when me and you first started watching basketball, the Clippers was a joke. Then they drafted Blake Griffin, Chris Powell came, DeAndre Jordan. Then they became respectable. They came respectful. But when we first started watching basketball, no offense, the Elton brand, the Corey McGetty days, the Jerry Smiles days, like they we we looked at them as a joke. Chris Powell and Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan gave them some respectability. And they have to.

SPEAKER_01:

They the franchise.

SPEAKER_03:

They yeah, they rolled through the Don of Store Sterling stuff after the whole racist stuff and the whole, I don't want, I don't want this nigga talking about Magic Johnson sitting corset. You know, they rolled through all that still still made the playoffs. I think I believe they went to the Western Conference Finals. I believe it was that year they went to the Western Conference Finals. Ooh, this dude has history with you all. Y'all sent him home because he don't like the way they try to do stuff. Now, Chris Pop doesn't have a history. He has a history of being the adult in the room, but he also has the history of, you know, he could run people the wrong way. Him and Tyloo can get along? Well, does it does that say more that does that say more about Chris? Does it say more about Tyloo? Because let's be real, the record of the Clippers right now is 5 to 15.

SPEAKER_01:

And it don't have much to do with Chris Paul.

SPEAKER_03:

He's not playing that much. Imagine, I did, I did check they uh they score. They all win it in Atlanta. But it is, you know, it's Atlanta. They be, you know, sometimes they be good. Some nights they be good, some nights they don't be. They got a small guard. Look, they got a small guard. Yeah, true. But Trey's out, trays hurt. But uh, I just think it's got I think it I think it looks bad from an organizational stance when your part most legendary player, especially in recent times, is getting released midseason.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, he's gonna be. Yeah, gets get gets come comes back, you signed him. Yeah. But if it's turmoil, I mean, hey, if it if he's a cancer to the locker room. I mean, so now you gotta make a choice. Now you got a dispatch.

SPEAKER_03:

Do you think football, you think he gets signed somewhere else?

unknown:

Probably.

SPEAKER_01:

I'm saying somebody.

SPEAKER_03:

He's already 40 and not playing good.

SPEAKER_01:

I mean, I mean, it's a team right across town.

SPEAKER_03:

Him and LeBron couldn't play together. LeBron don't LeBron don't play with uh play with his homies. You see what he did the way after the way he went up to Cleveland after that?

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, made Miller retire, made Bosch retire. Oh, I mean, I guess Bosch retired on his own, but you know.

SPEAKER_03:

No, he ain't going to the he ain't going to the Lakers.

SPEAKER_01:

And they winning. They, I mean, I can see it.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, the Lakers is winning, but I believe when they get to the playoffs, they're gonna choke. Well, not even choke. They just gonna get exposed to that. They're not that good of a team. Maybe the Suns. He might go to Phoenix and kick it with Book again. He got history in Phoenix. That's something. Like, where do where do he go? Do he go to Houston? I'm trying to think of places he got history.

SPEAKER_01:

I seen the OKC hype. I seen them getting hype about it.

SPEAKER_03:

I don't. They ain't got no room for the people they got in them. I mean, you wouldn't pay Chris Paul a dollar. It ain't a it would make sense, but here's my thing. They don't, they got a bunch of young dudes they self down in in the G League that can't even get to the roster spot. Look, he was he was just where was he at? San Antonio? He was in San Antonio, played every game, and played for a person that age that started every game, he played decently. San Antonio don't need him. They got enough goers and they got too many point goers as it is. So yeah, I don't, I bro, I don't, I don't know if Chris Pop likes basketball. I think his announcement was his retirement.

SPEAKER_01:

You wouldn't like to have him?

SPEAKER_03:

Huh?

SPEAKER_01:

You this guy. You wouldn't like to have him over here?

SPEAKER_03:

You heard me say, right? You heard me say, huh? Like you heard me say, huh? You know, nah, honestly, I wouldn't be mad at Chris Powell in a basis uniform, but at the same time. What do he coming here to be on a bad team just to say so he can put finish his career here? Hey. Checks cash. I mean, checks. Do you want the checks that bad and the retirement tool that bad that you're gonna go sign up to be the backup point guard on a bad team? Just so you can say I didn't go out, I didn't go outside. You feel me? I'll I don't know if I would do that.

SPEAKER_01:

Or find the best team and attach yourself, get you a little ring on the on the side.

SPEAKER_03:

I was gonna say Phoenix.

SPEAKER_01:

That's you know Phoenix?

SPEAKER_03:

That's all people I can think of on top of my head.

SPEAKER_01:

What about Houston?

SPEAKER_03:

I mean they could, he could. I could he could. That's all I'm saying is he could, but I don't know for sure. Um also we on Giannis Watch, it ain't official that he ain't gonna, but leading towards he's about to ask him to church.

SPEAKER_01:

I seen the bad nigga talking about it, bro. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Brian Winhorse is not a nigga, but I seen him talking about it.

SPEAKER_03:

That's my dog. Don't be don't show no, that's my dog. I listen to Brian all time.

SPEAKER_01:

Giannis walked in the room, said he wanna be a nick. No, he did. Make it happen. Yes, sir. That was an off-season. He said that in the off-season.

SPEAKER_03:

No, I thought this was what he just said. He said that in the off-season. And then they talked, but they couldn't from my understanding is they talked, but they couldn't figure out a trade. And then Yannis, he was, he said it, but then he kind of recanted. Like, nah, you know, I like it up here, type shit. I'm saying, boy. Me talked about this before, but who do you trade?

SPEAKER_02:

If you the Bucks and you trade them to the Knicks, who do you trade them for?

SPEAKER_03:

Because it's gotta be You're not getting no, you're not getting equal compensation. But you gotta, it's gotta be cat, right? But if you the Knicks, you don't wanna give up cat.

SPEAKER_01:

You don't want to give up cat, though.

SPEAKER_03:

But it's gotta be cat. Because if you the Milwaukee, uh Mikhail Brees is an OG and a nobi shirt, does not excite me. Because they they at best twos and threes on championship teams.

SPEAKER_01:

If if he say make it happen, and I I'll see what I can do for y'all, I'll see what I can get y'all. OG Mikhail. You got what they gotta make the money match up.

SPEAKER_03:

I mean that's the money, right? From if I'm both of them make about 25, Giannis probably makes about 50, 60. So yeah, that's the money. The money matches with them two. And I'll I know y'all gave up y'all draft picks to get Mikhail Bridges. Y'all had a stockpile of draft picks. Y'all use them to get Mikhail Bridges.

SPEAKER_01:

So yeah, I give I give you Kat and I give you Mikhail. And if if you want more, I mean Giannis needs a team to play with, so Giannis, make them, make them make the decision. So you you go, you give us two draft rounds, you give us two first round picks for him too, as well as Giannis.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, no, I think I think if I'm the Knicks, though, I'd rather keep McKay up and give up OG. If I'm the Bucks, I'd rather I'll rather want McKay on OG. OG ain't consistent enough to meet up.

SPEAKER_01:

He's not, but I feel like he he ain't supposed to be OG. OG for the money he gets paid? Oh, for the money he gets paid, yes, but OG is a sleeper though. He's a rock you to sleep type nigga though. I I his game is real quiet, but when it's loud, it's loud. But he he ain't supposed to perform every night. OG will come in the OG will start the game, he'll get you six points real quick, and you like, okay, he's finna look. He either finna go real loud or he's gonna get real quiet. And you'll see, you look, you'll see in the second quarter what he's gonna do. And then you if you know he's not finna get loud, hey, you already know. Somebody else needs to step up. He's not the leader of the team, it's not for him to be doing anyway.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, but he's he's supposed to be the third option, and he became plays like the third option.

SPEAKER_04:

What are we talking about?

SPEAKER_03:

Bro, he be playing like the fourth option at times, bro. The fifth option. Sometimes I don't even think he be the option.

SPEAKER_01:

Low key, he is the fifth, bro. Cat, uh Brunson, McHale.

SPEAKER_03:

Mikhail plays like OG Mikhail play like a fifth option, too.

SPEAKER_01:

Mikhail does play like a fifth option, which is why I would love to see him go.

SPEAKER_03:

I think I think I just think it's his three-point shot is more consistent. That's the only reason I say you might want to keep Mikhail.

SPEAKER_01:

Low-key?

SPEAKER_03:

Because Giannis, you know you need to buy the shooter three.

SPEAKER_01:

I'm feeling frisky. I give you Brunson and Mikhail.

SPEAKER_03:

All right, Bernisha.

SPEAKER_01:

We're gonna pick up Chris Fall.

SPEAKER_03:

But Chris Powell ain't playing over 15 minutes a game, but they ain't putting nothing for y'all.

SPEAKER_01:

Well let Giannis play point after that.

SPEAKER_03:

If y'all got, depending on what y'all gotta give up Chris Powell in the Knicks uniform after this trade, don't sound too bad as a backup point guard giving you 15 minutes. You got a point, Dirk. But I I think it's got to start with cat. You gotta give me cat. And if you cat, like damn, bro. Y'all trading me here. Yeah, I was in Minnesota, chill and living my life. Then y'all trading me here, then two years later, y'all shipping me back to Milwaukee, back to a cold, real cold destination that's not New York. Because it's different between being a cold destination and then a cold destination that is New York. Well, I guess not the same.

SPEAKER_01:

Facts. I'm saying, I'm saying though, if you can keep cat, don't you keep cat?

SPEAKER_03:

If you could, but if you the Bucks, I don't want OG and just Miguel.

SPEAKER_00:

But do they really want cat?

SPEAKER_03:

You gotta give me cat. Cat and some draft picks, and then you know, then the money matches too.

SPEAKER_01:

I would say if you get one cat, we just go one-on-one then.

SPEAKER_03:

I was gonna say cat and some draft picks, then the money matches. But if you the Bucks, you gotta give me more than just cat. Like, you gotta give me more than Big Park. Because that ain't what am I doing with Big Perk? I can't figure out we figured it out. Y'all better figure it out, shit. Yeah, because y'all had Jalen Brunson.

SPEAKER_01:

You know what I mean? That's a that's a lot. If if if we want to make money, Matt, then let's go two for two, then you can or two for three. You come off something else over there. What else they got over there in Milwaukee? That's the that's the problem. Well, you you only got Giannis to offer then.

SPEAKER_03:

That's true. I was gonna say, they don't they don't have nothing else.

unknown:

Yeah, man.

SPEAKER_01:

Come on, bro. Send that man over here. We'll take him and and and the brothers too, both the brothers.

SPEAKER_03:

Oh, okay. That trade don't work. So it has to be.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, you have to uh you have to add something to it. I'm trying, let me see.

SPEAKER_01:

What do you uh cat don't make enough?

SPEAKER_03:

They may it's they uh cat actually cat actually makes cat makes 53 million, Giannis makes 54, it's a million dollar difference. The money's gotta be closer than that. So they both gonna have to add like one more player to make it work. But no, uh while we in the sports, while we in the sports realm, Odell Beckham Jr. Uh, he said he was on the pivot and he said, if you making a hundred million, if you have a hundred million dollars, it's kind of hard to survive off there. The reason he said it is because if you think about it, taxes is gonna eat up at least 30 to 40 million dollars. Then you gotta, then you thinking you want to invest for your future. Then you he did list flaws in there, stunt, whatever you want to call it, flex, whatever terminology you want to use. He did use that, he did use that. He but he also talked about, you know, taking care of family, buying his mama, buying your mama a crib, buying you a nice crib, buying you a car, doing all these other expenses. All of this stuff tends to add up. So that's it. So then you spend, and then you're also spending money to take care of your uh your body to continue, you know, especially in that world, continue to be a professional. So he was like, you're gonna spend four, what do you? I believe he said four million, eight million dollars a year. That's gonna add up over time. I believe he said, I think he said, uh, yeah, eight million, because if you eight times eight times five, that's 40 million dollars. If you spend eight million dollars a year. Cool, you know the internet, the internet is going crazy off of there. You know how they say it. Because he also said it in his response, he's like, it's gonna be a bunch of people who said, hey man, if I had this type of money, and then of course the internet responded with, if I had this type of money. If you had this type of money, then you feel like you could survive off$100 million. Of course, member taxes is included.

SPEAKER_01:

So the calculated taxes off the$100 million, which would was what uh$100 over five?

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, yeah. He's yeah, he said it's like uh$40, it drops down$40 million for$50 million so you'll bring home$50 million.

SPEAKER_02:

Over five years. He said you're gonna spend 40, you're gonna spend 40 million dollars over five years, at least you told me.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, uh what I would do with that money, first off, you need to set yourself up for success. Go out here and get you a Wendy's. Go out here and get you a McDonald's, you feel me? Something simple. Start light, get that income rolling. What you do, you get you a land, get you a farm, you feel me? Get you some tigers. Start start start having people come over to the crib and look at the tigers and charge them for it. Do some exotic Joe, Tiger Kings type shit. Get your money up, you feel me? 60 million over a lifetime.

SPEAKER_03:

What is hell? But he also included in spending of that 60 million dollars, like you said, investment.

SPEAKER_01:

And he'd have made way more than 60 million dollars.

SPEAKER_03:

That's true. But what you just said sounds expensive as hell. That's some joke. A couple of tigers, bro. You ain't like tiger, but you ain't getting tigers on the corner. Well, his say he's ain't he's ain't.

SPEAKER_01:

I know a nigga with some tigers, man. He gets tigers for the love.

SPEAKER_03:

You don't know no nigga with no tigers.

SPEAKER_01:

I do, bruh.

SPEAKER_03:

If you know a nigga with some tigers, that is not a big thing.

SPEAKER_01:

It's not a nigga. I know somebody with some tigers, though.

SPEAKER_03:

Okay, but still, they still gotta be split. Because who just who just got tigers sitting in their backyard? Grooming. You are you are from South Georgia, though.

SPEAKER_01:

Uh I know some niggas with some chimps. Middle Georgia, bro. Whoa, middle.

SPEAKER_03:

My fault. My bad. I didn't, you know, I thought it was North Georgia, middle, I mean South. I didn't know it was a there was a different different.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, middle middle Georgia. You feel me?

SPEAKER_00:

Civilization. Backwoods. They are. It's a bunch of woods, but you ain't back on.

SPEAKER_03:

Okay, wait a minute. How far are you from the uh Florida line? The middle, so it's like nah bro, like we talking like I'm right in the middle.

SPEAKER_01:

If you look at the if you look at the map, bro, under the biggest.

SPEAKER_03:

I'm gonna put the map on the bar.

SPEAKER_01:

Under the second G.

SPEAKER_03:

What's the name of the city?

SPEAKER_01:

Eastman, Georgia.

SPEAKER_03:

Eastman.

SPEAKER_00:

If you looking at the map, right under the second G. In the middle.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, bro, I'm pulling it up, bro. It's gonna it's gonna look real middle to me, bro.

SPEAKER_03:

It's the real south.

SPEAKER_01:

That's the middle, bro. I promise. I wouldn't I wouldn't lie to you.

SPEAKER_03:

Alright, bro, but now you say, uh, okay, you saying you're gonna do the investments and all that.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, bro. Invest it, you know, make it, make it turn itself into something. Don't just do what he said, because I didn't hear him say anything about investing.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, no, he listed investment, but he didn't like he didn't go into details. He just said invest.

SPEAKER_01:

You you could you can make 60 million dollars last longer than he saying he can make it last. A lifetime. And you 30. You can't make 60 million dollars last 20 years, 30 years, so 40 years.

SPEAKER_03:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

I think it depends on, I ain't gonna lie, I really do think it depends on your line of work.

SPEAKER_03:

Because of what he does, and all, you know, what all that comes with that, and then of course you try, which you shouldn't be doing, but keeping up with the Joneses, he did say flossing. I did go back to that. And then you live in the expectation, then you gotta, you feel like you live with you have to live within that expectations of I'm a I signed a hundred million dollar contract, even though you only brought home 60 or 70. I do understand his point of saying it's not gonna last. I don't, it might not last for white track. It might only last like 15 to 20 years. And let's say then most those investments they don't go well. Because you we we heard about athletes all the time, they invest in stuff, and it the business is funk.

SPEAKER_01:

They got got.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah. Hell no, I well, that's who I I think about them getting got. I was just thinking about they they invested, then the investments went bad. It just, you know, it's I beat. Um, hell, they try to open a restaurant, the restaurant didn't do as good as they thought it was gonna be, or or they could try to open a clothing store and a clothing brand and didn't go off well. And then, like you said, they got got. I ain't think about that. I think it is for people in that line of for athletes, I think it is, it probably is a little harder for them to make that stretch. Especially, uh, especially an athlete on his level because of who you Odell Beckham.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, you top 10 recognizable name. I mean, just off the name.

SPEAKER_03:

Bro, football at football athletes don't get recognized like that. Everybody knows who Odell was.

SPEAKER_01:

Know what he looked like. Could spot him in a room sometimes, because but you know, it's the fake Odell's out there, too.

SPEAKER_03:

So from that perspective, I do understand it. But now, from like let's say me, if I win the lottery tomorrow and I bring home$60 million,$70 million from the lottery. I actually bring home$60 to$70 million. I think it should be a lot easier for me to live off$60 to$70 million because I don't have Joneses to keep up with. I don't have any expectations of a life that I'm supposed to live up to. As it were, he does. I feel like there is, I feel like that's the difference. Is should he be able to do it? Yes. But is it more easier for me to do it? I feel like that's the case. As is me. Uh let's get into it. We're gonna have a Ray J section. This is what we're gonna call this. Because it's two line, it's two entertainment news situations that go along with the Ray J. So let's start with the first one. Ray got on Instagram live, I believe it was Instagram live or Twitch at the time, before he got banned for Twitch. Uh, talking about how the Carters, Beyonce and Jay-Z and the family, came to the Brandy and Kelly, uh, not Kelly, the Brandy and Monica show, the boys' man's tour, and they did not take pictures with Brandy. They didn't see Brandy. Um, there was pictures with Kelly, of course, because you know that go, you know, that's that's her bandmate. That's the chat all day. That's who they could, that's who they came to see. They came to support Kelly. But there's pictures with Kelly Rowan. There was pictures with Monica. Um, but they didn't they didn't meet up with Brandy. Ray J on his live was like, you know what I'm saying, Beyonce and Jay got a biggest two stars in the world. And I'm this ain't my sister ain't seeing this, but I'm seeing I'm crashing out for over my sister because it's like, and to me, it was disrespectful that y'all came and y'all was kicking it with everybody else, but y'all didn't come say hi to my sister. You know what I'm saying? We would have loved to, you know, get the hug, get the picture, get everything else that everybody else got. Why didn't my sister, why my sister didn't get this recognition? Uh to that, I feel like he has a point. Now, in a sad story, Brandy's Instagram supposedly got hacked, and there were some comments left on the pictures of Beyoncé that said, uh, that that's my outfit. You that's my outfit you down here in. I dare you to come down here again and take a picture with me. It will go, it will go viral. Correct. Do you feel like the corners was wrong for not attempting to leak up with Brandy? And before you go, I do want to say, because it was been a lot of a lot of people online saying, well, Brandy might have been on on tour when these pictures, I mean, on stage when these pictures was taken. Brandy and Monica will be on the top on the stage basically at the same time, majority of the concert. I just want that to be said.

SPEAKER_01:

Um I did think they was not necessarily wrong, but like you checking in with Kelly, you checking, I get that. You checking in with Monica, but not Brandy. But then you were saying what Ray J said. Ray J said, we. So Ray J was there. Ray J was.

SPEAKER_03:

Yes, Ray J was there.

SPEAKER_01:

Ray J, you scaring the hoes. By the hoes, I mean the quarters. They don't want to come around because they know Ray J there. I get it, respect it. I wouldn't have checked in either. Jay got the call that Ray was down there? Nah. Keep it moving. We wanna look. What I always say, ghost never die? Shit, they didn't even, they didn't even know they was there until the pictures came out.

SPEAKER_02:

They was in and out back in the crowd.

SPEAKER_03:

So you feel like Ray J is the reason Brandy didn't get the picture.

SPEAKER_01:

Of course, bruh. If he was there, he was a he had to be around Brandy. Yeah, no. I don't want to be nowhere that Ray J is. Me personally, I was what, 10, 15 feet from the man, and I kind of I still get the chills thinking about it. I can only imagine being, you know, six feet from him. Coronavirus distance, you feel me? Ain't no telling what he might do. Chap, you asking for a lighter. Why? Because I'm gonna light this cigarette. Nigga, you're wild.

SPEAKER_03:

Ray J being in the ground of a castle trying to light a cigarette when he's supposed to be on stage is kind of crazy. But Ray J did say he said, man, I uh I'm always gonna keep stuff entertaining. He does. He's always in the news for something. Now, do I I do think the I do think the the quarters is kind of wrong. Like you don't, you don't, bro. Don't come to my show and not say nothing to me. You got pictures with everybody else on the show, everybody else on the docket, but you couldn't say nothing to me. I I do feel like that's kind of crazy. It's just me. That's just my, you know. It's just me. Stab me up. But you do break up, you do break up an interesting point. Do we want to be seen with race? A lot of people don't want to be seen with race yet because of a bunch of Rage incidents that stuff that he does. One that we're gonna get to here in a minute.

SPEAKER_01:

So I get too. Because I look, I watch his little TV show. I got piped up on piped up, excuse me. Pause.

SPEAKER_03:

You're gonna have to bring that one in. I don't know nothing about that. I already got a TV show, but I ain't I haven't watched it. So yeah. Are the quarters wrong? Yes, I feel like they are wrong. But I don't know if Raj should have gone on live talking about it. This could have been an Instagram post. Like, you know what I mean? This could have been a tweet. Like, I don't feel like you need to go put, you know, put the phone right here, like, oh, you ain't say nothing to me and my sister. I didn't think that was necessary. I don't understand why people in I don't understand live, the whole I'm gonna go live very channel. Like I that I don't get. People be going live, they go live crying, they go live, fighting. I don't understand why everybody wanna be seen.

SPEAKER_01:

They go live and forget they live.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, I don't, you know, I've done that a couple times with themselves. But that's neither her nor her. Speaking of going live, uh, Raj. He went live on Twitch, which he is now banned from Twitch. He is arguing with his child's mother. Uh actually they still marry, even though they separated. Princess Love. Um, she was, they was downstairs cooking, preparing the food. The kids was upstairs to sleep. There was some drinks, it was some drinks in hand. Cool. Uh Ray J and Princess Love apparently got into it downstairs. Both of them run upstairs to Princess Love. Said, I'm taking my kids and I'm leaving. I ain't gotta deal with this. Ray J, of course, being Ray J is like I said, was live. He has a gun. He he pulls it, he he he has the gun out. In the videos I watch, it doesn't appear that he pointed the gun at Princess Love or Princess Love's cousin's husband, who who he ran upstairs because he heard them two arguing, and he heard Princess Love saying, So you're gonna point a gun at me while I got our kids in my hand, you're gonna point a gun at me. So the um the husband ran upstairs, him and Ray J store tussling. Luckily, no shots was fired, the gun didn't go off, or whatever the case may be. But like I said, the videos I watched, didn't see, I didn't see a gun, but I only watched one little clip. It went in off. Four minutes. I didn't see the gun pointed at them. I'm gonna say that. Um, this was like I said, this was on Thanksgiving Day. He did end up getting arrested. He got that, he got out of jail, he called into the Breakfast Club, you know, to say, to explain why he went live. He said he went live because he's tired of the narratives being all negative. He wanted his side of the story to be out there in the world. Of course, Princess Love when she went and she posted a video saying, Ray J, you need to go to rehab and you get out of hell. I be trying to be around you for the kids and all that, but you still be doing all the extra dumb shit. So I'm gonna quit effort with you, basically. And like, what's your thoughts on Ray J being Ray J.

SPEAKER_01:

I did see. I saw the Princess Love clip and I saw the clip of them downstairs, you know, when she had the kids leaving. I didn't see the fight part, I didn't see the gun part. Ray J. If help is what you need, you feel me? This is a safe space, my dog. Therapy is okay. If you need to go talk to somebody, go do that. There's something going on with Ray J, you feel me? Like, I understand keeping it entertaining. But is there a character like Ray J out there? Like, or is he one-on-one?

SPEAKER_03:

Oh, he's one-on-one.

SPEAKER_01:

I don't think you you Brandy's little brother. I mean, I'm gonna Brandy's what? A B tier celebrity. That's that's that's that's that's accurate.

SPEAKER_03:

That sounds disrespectful. It's accurate though, but it sounds disrespectful.

SPEAKER_02:

Is Brandy a B tear celebrity? D minus is out of pocket.

SPEAKER_01:

I didn't say B minus.

SPEAKER_03:

I thought I heard somebody say D minus, but they said B minus, okay? Because I said D I now we going too far with a D. Like now we going too far.

SPEAKER_01:

I ain't even given the minus. I'm just saying B. Like B just being just the tier minus is included, even if she might be a minus. I'm not saying that that's completely inaccurate.

SPEAKER_03:

Man, sitting up in my room, what you talking about? Brandy got choice, man.

SPEAKER_01:

Is Monica a B tier or is she a?

SPEAKER_02:

If Brandy's the B tier, and I for I love Monica.

SPEAKER_03:

If y'all, if people are saying, y'all, I say Brandy is a V tier, they'll put Monica in a C.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, I'm thinking Monica's a C. And Ray J is let's see. Ray J's a C.

SPEAKER_03:

Ray J's a B. Is Ray. Because he's he's known for doing almost, he's known for doing all this dumb shit.

SPEAKER_01:

This is what I want you to do tomorrow. I want you to go. I want you to find three white people. Ask him who Ray J is. You need two people to say they know who Ray J is for him to be a B tier.

SPEAKER_03:

That's not fair because you said white people. They ain't gonna know Brandy neither. Brandy's still a Brandy's still a B tier, though. I think. Nah, they'll know Brandy. Yeah, you're right. They probably know Brandy. Okay, you're right. Ray J might be a C tier. He's a C tier, but he just he's Ray J.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, he's Ray J. But Ray J's a C to act like an S.

SPEAKER_03:

But yeah, nah, man, if y'all saying Brandy's a B, Monica's definitely a C.

SPEAKER_01:

Respectfully. Definitely. I see that. I can see that.

SPEAKER_03:

And I love I love her Monica. And I love I love Monica's joints.

SPEAKER_01:

But nah. Brandy was at stage. Monica's a C who thinks she's a B. A, honestly.

SPEAKER_03:

No, she knows she ain't an A.

SPEAKER_01:

She thinks she's a B. That's what it is. She's a C who thinks she's a B. And that's respectfully, it's okay to be a C.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, it's not wrong with a C. At least you ain't a D. Or L.

SPEAKER_01:

That's what I'm saying, bro. Like amateur.

SPEAKER_03:

Or as we say, or unsatisfactory. You know what I'm saying? You could you the C, you know, C Salah, Salad Graham. That's passing. And it ain't the barley passing either. But yeah, nah, uh, I'm not gonna see. But what, bruh? This don't make sense to me. One. Okay. If Princess, Princess Love and Russia, if y'all get into it downstairs, why is it the first thing you do is run up to go get the kids and y'all out both of y'all already been drinking? And the kids is still sleeping. Why both of y'all already drunk? Like, what time of day, see this makes me question, like, what time of day is this? Because most of the time people preferring the food around noon or one. But is the kid sleeping that late? So now it's making me think it's early in the day. So why y'all drunk in the morning?

SPEAKER_01:

From the night before. And then decide let's start cooking now.

SPEAKER_03:

Bruh, that don't, that don't, to me, the logic ain't logic in here. Because first off, why are both parents, both parents intoxicated? Cool. Why? And then your first, then you run upstairs to grab the kids and I'm taking the kids and I'm leaving.

SPEAKER_01:

While we cooking.

SPEAKER_03:

And then Ray, the not Ray J. The Ray, well, Ray J and the uh cousin's husband get into it. But Ray J's point is like he came in my room, he shouldn't have never entered my room. And if I'm Ray J, I kind of feel that point. Like, but then if I'm the cousin, I also feel like I heard you've got a gun pointing to her. I'm trying to de-escalate the situation. So neither, and my my first for my thoughts ain't neither one of them wrong. But then nobody right. Because who got the best in who got the interest for the kids here? I feel bad for the kids in this situation. Because Ray J out here being Ray J and then Princess Love, you not actually helping them out, neither. Because if you feel like Ray J needs to get help and you feel like Ray J has all these issues, why do you keep going back around Ray J?

SPEAKER_01:

Why you got your kids around Ray J.

SPEAKER_03:

If you think Ray J's the problem, why do you continuously put your you and your kids in this situation? Ray J said I'll shoot you. He let's uh make sure I add that. He did say I'll shoot you. He did say that. I didn't see him point the gun. Mind you, the clip I watched wasn't hell. It was a longer video. I ain't watching that. He said it to her. He said he said it to do, I'll shoot you. And that's not gonna help his court case because you on live and they you on live saying I'll shoot you. That ain't you going to jail or you go do some time. And it ain't gonna help that the kids was in the room. So this goes back to my point. That's why I said I don't understand why people go live. Because then you you set yourself up for failure.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

Because we're gonna talk about Diddy here in a minute. Diddy recorded every all his conversations. Why does why does 50 Cent got access to all this live information of you recording yourself talking to people? That don't even make sense. You trying to be the case. So let me go and get started before I start talking. Diddy, as a Diddy dog, 50 Cent produced it. Everybody thinks 50 being fatty. I don't feel like 50's being fatty. 50's in the uh the TV film industry now. That's what 50 does. That's his job. Cool. There's a bunch of different errors, a bunch of videos. Diddy recorded himself talking to a bunch of different people, asking them for statements. I can't think of her name, but the other member of Diddy Dirty Money, or it's Don Richard Richardson, and there's the other the other young lady. Like I said, I'm drawing a blank on her name. Diddy recorded himself talking to her, asking for favors. Like, hey, can you release a statement? I don't know why Don at her saying all this weird shit, all this crazy shit. You know what I'm saying? I ain't do none of this to her, blah, blah, blah. He recorded himself talking to her, even though he wasn't supposed to be talking to her. Why would you record yourself talking to people? You ain't supposed to be talking to people. It in the same place. In the text message saying, hey, I know I ain't supposed to be talking to you, but why'd you this where's the logic at? These young dudes be going around on lives, shooting people killing people. You own lives, Goofy, they know it's you. Anyways, Clay, what's your thoughts on the Diddy Dog?

SPEAKER_01:

I was about to say, I have not seen much. I've seen a couple clips. Um, probably gonna check it out. But respectfully, uh after this comes out, he might have to do all four of them years. Or it's already out.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, it's already out, yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, yeah. You have to do all that time, my boy. You done Joe. Appeal. Yeah, you can appeal. These nuts, nigga. You done all four of them, bro. You sitting there. Good behavior, my ad. I seen a picture with a TMZ logo. It probably was AI, but he was with it was AI, bro.

SPEAKER_03:

We not even gonna do that. It was AI. We're not gonna. I don't know. I don't know. I wasn't there. It was AI, bro. It was AI. He was not up here with uh man woman in jail.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, somebody holding on to his pocket, man. I said, What is going on? Idiot, I don't know.

SPEAKER_03:

But so from so I look I listened to the Breakfast Club talk about it. I listened to Bo, I listened to Bo Monty talk about it. Basically, in the Diddy, he comes off arrogant, he comes off selfish, and he also comes off as the dude that's trying to protect his image, but he ain't actually he's trying to protect his image because of the people in the public and how his potential jurors, the potential jury is going to see him. But I don't think he's taking into account that you might, all this stuff you already done. It's kind of a little too a little too late to be trying to protect your image. You need to be protecting your court case. I from my thoughts. Now, do you think 50 is wrong? Because a lot of people, well, there's a season to say that uh Diddy's people sent the Netflix, but do you think 50 is wrong for doing this documentary? He also talked about how Diddy uh wanted to give B.I.G. once he passed away this big funeral service and the most, you know, the biggest thing to see in New York to uh, you know, show to repel uh to honor him. But once he saw how much it cost, he took it out of Diggy's money. He didn't even pay for it himself. Diggy paid for his own funeral. Oh, I people feel like Diddy should uh 50 shouldn't have exposed that. Do you think Diddy? Do you think 50's wrong?

SPEAKER_01:

Do I think 50 Cent is wrong? I mean, as an A tier celebrity, I feel like you can do whatever the fuck you want, P V A?

SPEAKER_03:

No, we're not doing that. 50 cents. We're not we not doing that. 50 cents. No, no, I'm saying high, I'm saying higher. That's 50 cents. What are we talking about? S tier? S tier. What's S t what's okay? So what would we consider S tier? We talking D Denzel and Leo. Is those S ters? The question is, do we feel like 50 cents on their level? I would think Leo? You don't think Leo DiCaprio? You wouldn't think Leo DiCaprio's the top?

SPEAKER_01:

Nah, nah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

I'm thinking him, um, what's that? Matt Damon. What's Tom Cruise, Denzel, yeah, all right, all right.

SPEAKER_01:

It's 50 cents on that level.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah. I would think him, Beyonce. I wouldn't put Jay on. Well, I would put Jay up her because he's married to Beyonce. That's no shade. That's no shade to Jay. I'm just saying, I would, without being married to Beyonce, I don't know if he's up for her.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah. 50 Cent of A. I feel like he he's a level, he he he's he's a high level, recognizable name, but it still an A tier. Yeah, nah. But no, no, no. You do whatever you want with that. You can be petty. I mean, you you you've done less, you've done more to less people, you know what I feel me? It's it's Diddy. And he tried to get you, he tried to take you shopping, and you find that disrespectful. And I feel that, my guy. Another man take you shopping.

SPEAKER_03:

50 said ain't because he said he offered to take him shopping, but I do feel like it has something to do with this. I feel like it has something. Hey, the I ain't sweet like them, bro. You ain't ready, you ain't really do that with me, bruh. Like, now don't try me, kill it. I can do that.

SPEAKER_01:

Hey, you gotta do what you gotta do. And if it's I mean, like I said, I haven't seen it. I don't know.

SPEAKER_03:

I don't have to do that.

SPEAKER_01:

I don't know how bad it is.

SPEAKER_03:

I don't have to let no grown ass men take me shopping. I don't have to do that. No, what you mean you gotta do what you gotta do?

SPEAKER_01:

No, no, no, no, no. I don't mean that. I'm talking about as far as the the the documentary goes. You know, yeah. Nobody take me shopping. I mean, not like that. You feel me? If I know that's what you want to do, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. We got the game twisted. You can take me shopping as a friend.

SPEAKER_03:

No, you can't even take me shopping as a friend. I don't want it to be Mr. Strew. I don't want you to get the wrong idea whatsoever.

SPEAKER_01:

Trust me, if you like, hey, not don't say take me shopping, of course. Be like, hey, you want to go get some shoes? Yeah, of course.

SPEAKER_03:

I would love to get some shoes. All right, cool. A grown ass man takes you, uh yeah, bro. Let's go get you some cakes. I bet. Then y'all go to the second store and he bangs you a hat too. I bro, at what point do it stop? What you mean? Now this ground ass man's taking your grown ass on the shopping spree. At what point do it stop? You think you think he's just spending all this money he don't want never returned?

SPEAKER_01:

It's stopping the it's stopping the socks. I tell you what, that's where that's the way it's time for me. If somebody's like, hey, we can get you some shoes, we go to the next store and we get the hat, and then he grabs the socks. Yeah, you know what? I think uh I think this day is over with. This day is over with.

SPEAKER_03:

Brother took you to foot locker and leave and then stop this uh Cinnabon said you want to you want to treat.

SPEAKER_01:

No, sir. No, sir. Yeah, yeah, it's over with. You know what? You can take the hat back though.

SPEAKER_04:

I'll keep the Cinnabon because you really want them buds, bro. What are you talking about?

SPEAKER_01:

Not me.

SPEAKER_03:

Bray, Bri took you from Liz to what's the cookie place? Uh Annie Anne's or whatever the name of the cookie, what's the name of the cookie place? The presser place. He took you from Liz to the Annie Ans to get you some pressers so he can press you up.

SPEAKER_00:

I'm just no, you can't take me shout out, bruh.

SPEAKER_01:

What you okay, okay, okay. Maybe not shoes. And niggas like shit.

SPEAKER_03:

Uh he gonna do take you to Dillas, bruh? What you mean? Bruh, at some point, even if you start at Dillas, the grown ass man, when he's gonna get you to the shoe store.

SPEAKER_01:

I'm saying, bruh, niggas be buying they niggas watches all the time.

SPEAKER_03:

Nigga ain't ready. Brandon, no my time, bro. Where I'm mad, bro. Get one of them out of watches, he got your location. He trying to pull up off you. No, sir. No. I feel it. Um, I feel 50. No, was 50 wrong. No 51 wrong because 50's in the entertainment industry. That's what he does now. That's what he's supposed to do now. He's supposed to produce content. He got a deal with stars to produce content. Of course, this came out on Netflix, but that's what he does. He got deals. And then Diddy's team did what they're supposed to do. They're supposed to see him decease and desist. It's a little too late, too, you know, too little uh was too little too late for that. Everybody people watch this mug now.

SPEAKER_01:

It's it's on the streets.

SPEAKER_03:

That's like Jack Cole when he uh dropped that Kendrick Lumart disc. Bro, that's how real now. You know, we done heard you might as well go all and go to war.

SPEAKER_01:

Haven't heard nothing since, right?

SPEAKER_03:

He did some features. But he ain't he supposed to be dropping the album. The album ain't game yet.

SPEAKER_05:

Amen.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, but now on uh, let me touch on this before we get to high thoughts. Drake released uh, I believe it was on Instagram. He I saw him preview some new music. I feel like I like the song, I think it's gonna be a little nice little vibe. But people, as soon as Drake, Drake does anything now, Drake gets hit. He releases a sample. Man, the way he was moving his lips in the video was a problem. This nigga just was singing the song, bro. What you want? Like, I don't understand why it's so cool to hate Drake now. But they hate they hate Drake, but he was the most, uh I think he was the most stringed artist on Apple.

SPEAKER_02:

Apple's a big platform.

SPEAKER_03:

It's somebody still listening to Drake. It's a bunch of people on the internet hating on Drake, but a bunch of y'all probably still listening to Drake. And then y'all hating on the song, but as soon as the song comes out two weeks later, y'all gonna be in love with the song because it grew on me. Wow, why does all Drake songs guy grow on me? Y'all don't even give Drake Towns the opportunity to, y'all only give them a listen. As soon as you you hear a sample or a little piece of y'all hate it. Um digress. Without further ado.

SPEAKER_01:

You feel me? A nice little vibe. A nice little vibe, you feel me? That's that's that's your peoples, bro. What what I said, he better not start losing.

SPEAKER_03:

Well, it's it's he's it's they seven to one now. This is their first loss, and technically this game will it's a part of the ACC, SEC counts, but this game wasn't this game was on the road. And like I said, they were damn 20 drop brought it back to seven at one point, ended up losing by nine. So, I mean they brought it back, but the problem with Louvi is they live by the three, die by the three. You don't make them threes. That's your ass.

SPEAKER_01:

But nah, um I seen I seen something and I usually I usually don't, you know, touch on it. But my man's Trey Songs was in the news. Nah. I can't, I can't, I got to. And and it's only one reason because Ja Morant exposes Trey Songs.

SPEAKER_02:

But Ja Morant, who can't get on the court?

SPEAKER_01:

Ja Morant exposes Trey Songs for refusing to send twenty-seven hundred dollars for a flight. I'm sorry, I missed the part. Adult film star Ja Morant exposes Trey Songs for refusing to send her$2,700 for a$300 flight, said she needed the extra money for her hair, nails, outfits, and more.

SPEAKER_03:

Wow, I see this.

SPEAKER_02:

I see this.

SPEAKER_01:

I mean what we doing, bruh?

SPEAKER_04:

What you want him to do?

SPEAKER_01:

I love no, I ain't talking about Trey. I'm talking about her. I love to play on words. Just Moran. Yeah, yeah, yeah. She did what she had to do. Hey, it better be mean, I know that. She, hey. But uh, honestly though, um, I just wanna send my condolences.

SPEAKER_04:

But who?

SPEAKER_01:

Somebody back home, they got shot and killed. Crime of passion.

SPEAKER_04:

Where are we going with this? We was talking about job, Marie. Now we're talking about a crap of passion. Where are we going?

unknown:

This nigga.

SPEAKER_01:

I'm just saying, man. I'm just saying. I'm just saying. We we talk a lot about on on this show, you know, when people pass away and we and and people tend to dance on the grave, and people tend to, you know, speak, speak ill of the dead. Well partner got killed, you know what I'm saying? Crime of passion, shorty, shorty shot him, whatever, whatever. People is not dancing on the grave here. They is crying because this woman took something from all of them. All these women, I ain't gonna say how many it is. I don't know. I didn't I didn't take the count.

SPEAKER_02:

They upset because she got greedy, she couldn't wait her turn. And she shot the man.

SPEAKER_01:

Now, I I'm not one to, you know, speak ill of the dead or nothing like that. But I'm a quote, I'm just gonna quote what they said. Charlie on the internet said, why she had to take a dick so good? So I understand when people be dancing on the grave, but do we allow the uplifting of the grave? All I hope is when when they take me, I hope they say the same thing.

SPEAKER_04:

What are we talking about?

SPEAKER_01:

And with that being said, this has been another episode of this.

SPEAKER_03:

First off, what hey, you didn't even finish the jaw morant thing, and then you went to, bro, you know, they took a dick no good.

SPEAKER_04:

I don't understand, bro.

SPEAKER_03:

I don't understand if you was throwing Trey under the bus, if you throw a Ja Moran, Ja, Jaw, Ja, Jaw, whatever, the woman Moran. I don't know who you was throwing under the bus.

SPEAKER_02:

Then you said, you know, I'm gonna send my condolences. I'm like, damn, bro. I thought we were gonna get the jokes off. I didn't understand.

SPEAKER_03:

All right, bro, go ahead, bro.

SPEAKER_01:

I just I just had I had the wheels turn, man. I just had to, you know, but you know, another episode of D. Mixed Vice Podcast, your favorite amateur podcast, and you can find us wherever we get your podcast. That's gotta be the ultimate compliment, though. Nigga, I'm dead. I don't give a shit.

SPEAKER_03:

I just hope they say the same thing. The living legend. Compliment my dick when I'm gone. Hey, you know what I mean? Don't do nothing for me because at this point the dick don't work no more.

SPEAKER_01:

You can sling it, boy. I just hey that pause. I'm just saying, I just hope they say the same thing. You can find us on Apple, Spotify, Pandora. You know, they love us over there. They do. You hit the Instagram, the Facebook, the Twitter for questions, comments, concerns. I don't believe your boy, young quaggy T the dream, and I will holler at y'all.

SPEAKER_03:

Hey, another passage of Mr. K. Can't say your name upon this pie. Might not shoot a mama. We get at y'all later.
